Nope.
Warren Ellis is the writer and director both, everything he touches is pure gold so this is guaranteed good.
The only bad thing is that it's basically a 2 hours long movie split into 4 "episodes" for TV format.
This was written and planned as a movie from get go, was in development hell due to lack of funding until Netflix stepped in.
Castlevania 3 adaptation.
Castlevania 1 adaptation next year, same format (movie split into episodes).

Warren said that if it does well, they will be allowed to adapt more.

I honestly wish Blizzard finally did a WC IV, but that would mean that they'd need to retcon WoW into an alternate reality.

Why? Because in no way is it possible to play with all the bullshit WoW did. With the crushing majority of the original RTS WC characters killed off in WoW, a new WC RTS would be impossible.

Hell, I'd even be eager to play a WC IV if it retold most of the plots of WoW without the idiocies and factionism that is in WoW. Just get a good writing team and do it right (especially since Metzen retired), and try not to make it into a complete E-Sports thing (which sadly will happen like in SC2's case).
