A friend of mine just got a gaming rig and a 1440p 144hz monitor. He's been a console gamer for a long time. What game would give him the biggest "wow" factor in difference in graphics details?

Should I buy Xenoverse 2 on sale?
I didn't buy XV1.
How is the game itself? Is it worth it? Is the fighting complex enough?
Do I have to grind the shit out of every item?
Did they fix SSJ spam meta?

I haven't been on it in months, so I couldn't tell you. If they playbase is dead, then no.

xIt's a step up from XV1, well gameplay-wise at least. Combos are more consistent, raid battles, hub world isn't a pain to get around with, etc.
Story mode is literally XV1 with movie characters and a self-insert final boss.
>Is it worth it?
For online, yes. For single player, no. For customization, also no due to the character customization being just as limited as the first game.

It's complex 'enough', but it's nowhere near the level of Tenkaichi 3.
>Do I have to grind the shit out of every item?
What? No.
>Did they fix SSJ spam meta?
Pretty much in the instance you can't have infinite ki anymore.
