1 probably. beat it in 12 hours
FF1 can be completed within a 6 - 8 hour timeframe, if you know what you're doing. You could even 100% it within that time. FF2 is similarly short, especially if you know what tactics to exploit, like leveling cheat one-shot spells. The more story-oriented games are a lot longer thanks to unskippable cutscenes. FF1 didn't have any, and FF2's story is pretty spartan.
It's not technically an FF game, but the first SaGa (Final Fantasy Legend) can average about 5 hours. Theoretically, the right party setup paired with cheap speedrunning tactics could plow through the game in possibly a couple of hours.
