That's exactly the right message, Rachel. Nice job.

Does it seem to anybody else like that line was edited in post? It seems really weird, doesn't fit in with the rest of the audio.
ITT: Movies that try way too hard to be deep and but just ends up looking fucking dumb
Alty teenshit like fukin Donnie Darkko:
"Waaa adults don't understand us, waaa"
Angsty douchebag misunderstood teenager gets the hot girl and saves all of fucking existence, then decides to die because of "Muh teen problems"
Just pretentious scene after pretentious scene, and a stain on Jake Gyllenhaal's career.
"See this adult that doesn't understand us kids? Yeah, he's a fucking PEDOFILE"
Also Magnolia. Sure the technical aspects are really good eg. directing, acting, score, overall atmosphere. But such a shallow film once you realize that it's basically just: "Muh white ppl problems" and everything is just sappy and overly sentimental drivel, like with that little fuckboy on the gameshow crying about how his dad is mean to him, awww.
Then lots of things just start coming off as pretentious, like the zoom in on the painting saying "But it did happen"
Don't know how else to convey the information of what happened to her? Just zoom in on a fucking random painting where text blatantly tells you.

I've now realized I'm in my mid 20s with no accomplishments.
It's easy to accomplish things once you no longer have to worry about getting your dick wet.

What did /tv/ think of this? Does it do justice to Badalamenti's soundtrack?
No. It's interesting enough to listen to if you're a twin peaks nerd but compare that shit they did to "Dance of the Dream Man" to the original. They also made The Pink Room distinctly less intense then it is originally despite adding some obnoxious super loud guitar on it.

Their take on The Pink Room was lame. Rest is pretty good though
it's shit
Why is Raiders of the Lost Ark so fucking good?
It makes me feel nostalgia for a time I wasn't even around for.

I believe it actually turned a profit. So your answer is $$$. If will smith would have been in it I bet it would have made more as well.

really really loved it
at the scene in your screenshot, i had a brief moment of 'eeeehhhhh.... i dont know.....' but then when the thing started to happen, i flipped back around and loved it again
It was a strange movie, was refreshing to see such dedication to keeping it as grounded in reality as possible.
