>you WILL live to see Lawler absolutely HEEM Woodley
>Yes, it is based off a generalisation of strikes via their purpose and a specific feedback from certain strikes.
>A much better way to judge a fight than
>>Fighter A hit Fighter B with 30 thigh punches
>>Fighter B hit Fightet A with 29 head kicks
>>Fighter A wins
That's not what you're arguing though. You're moving the goal posts. Again.
And a better analogy would be
>Fighter A hits fighter B with a mixed bag of leg kicks, body kicks and punches, and head kicks and punches for a total of 22 strikes
>Fighter B hits fighter A with a couple flurries of hooks to the head for a total of 10 strikes
and you're trying to argue that Fighter B should win
Literally zero power and technique on another three round slap fight. I've never even seen a women fighter throw an uppercut, ronda rousey wins 10 fights in a row with arm bars because her opponents can't figure out how to defend against one move
Except you said that volume trumps damage every time as shown by
>"fights are scored based on damage inflicted and not strike volume" - some fucking retard
>Backpedaling this hard
Why are Canadians so stupid?
Fights are scored based on strike volume, which is why the UFC scoring web page specifically states exactly that.
You've been BTFO'd and you're having a hard time accepting it. It's okay bud. I like GSP too.
>Defeats robber on the ground and standing
>defeats him in his mythical 5th round because he isn't a fat fuck that gases like hendricks
Condit gets a title shot first even though he beat him and hendricks refuses to show up to his fight. Woodley would already be champ if it wasn't for these fuck overs
Odds on Cruz knee injury prior to Fight Night?
Thigh punches aren't significant strikes and head kicks are lol
And you fucking know that, which is why you used that example. You are attempting to draw false conclusions, because you aren't very smart.
Who cares condit even landed more head strikes than lawler. Even in 'controversial' fights like the larkin one where people wanted to rate leg kicks higher than head strikes it doesn't matter because tormadov still landed more head strikes than leg kicks
The only flaw is when biased retards want to make dumb excuses like 1 of X punches equals ten of Ys
>The only flaw is when biased retards want to make dumb excuses like 1 of X punches equals ten of Ys
That's exactly what this idiot is doing, except he's literally saying that one of Lawler's punches is worth two of Condit's, period
>significant strikes refer to all strikes at distance and power strikes in the clinch and on the ground
So yes, thigh punches do count as significant strikes
Shows what you know, try again kiddo.
And Lawler landed far more power strikes to the head then Condit
To add on, so you think that a jab is worth the same as an uppercut? Despite the uppercut being designed to deal far more impact, force and trauma?
Are you that retarded? Or have you never actually done any kind of boxing before?
I doubt Woodley would be able to take Lawler down. Hendricks has just as good a double leg as Woodley and he mixes it far better with strikes and he struggled taking down Lawler. Not only that but look at the MacDonald fight, Rory basically had Lawler in an incredibly strong position and was running the pipe but Lawler still managed to get out of it.
Lawler also has a good butterfly guard and has used it many times to get off of his back
>To add on, so you think that a jab is worth the same as an uppercut?
Context is important dude.
I've seen lots of jabs that were, without question, significant strikes. GSP vs Koscheck.
Your entire argument is all over the fucking map at this point.
why are you kucks still arguing over the Lawler/Condit fight?
Clearly the better man for the promotion (JUSTBLEED) won that fight. Having another decision machine as champ would be awful for real fight fans around the world. We want to see heems and goofs bleed.
And Significant Strikes is a stupid system that makes absolutely no sense.
And that is why previously I said "generally".
Can you even keep up with this argument? Do you need a nap?
Tbh I'm just making the butthurt Condit fanboys more upset at this point
Hendricks had one good transition from punching to a double leg as his first take down on lawler, but after that it was a lot of obvious shooting. heem memes aside of course I'm not 100% sure woodley will beat lawler, but I do think he's just more powerful with take downs then hendricks and better able to ground and pound then lay there, he tore condits acl from a take down slam. Lawler has gotten much better at his take down defence, but we've seen he can get take down in his title fights and he still doesn't have black belt jujutsu ground game where he'll be throwing triangle chokes and arm bars from the bottom.
>Tbh I'm just making the butthurt Condit fanboys more upset at this point
It has nothing to do with being a fanboy, I'm a much bigger Lawler fan than Condit because Lawler is an orc when he fights. But you don't get outstruck by 120+ and win the fight by decision.
That fight just proves that the judges literally don't do a single godamn thing. They just fucking pick a guy. It's not even based on an actual structured system or rubric, it's just how they feel, and they aren't even required to explain why.
He has never shown any good GnP ever though
Whenever he has taken someone down he has just laid on them and though Lawler is not some BJJ savant he does have enough skill to be able to get off his back.
Furthermore just look at MacDonald/Woodley
Woodley was absolutely exposed as having zero striking skills except for one big punch and was continuously backed up by Rory. It was quite clear in the fight that he was shaken up and unsure of himself
Dude, one of the judges was mental, he's the one who gave Lawler the decision. We've already been through this, anyone who isn't trolling knows Condit won.
Let it go and stop replying to trolls.
>We've already been through this, anyone who isn't trolling knows Condit won.
There are actually people who really believe that Gus beat Jones and DC, and there are actually people who believe that Lawler beat Condit.
I'm enjoying myself, so I'm not going to stop just because you're telling me to bud. Take it all in. Eat, sleep, and breathe /heem/
bunda implies big
Miesha's is tight and white
I don't see how Bethe has a bigger ass.
Besides these are athletes so you're not going to find fat bundas on them
Rory is just a bad mother fucker who was beating lawler before he broke his nose. He knocked out stun gun and won standing with kelvin gastellum, though he hasn't really grounded and pounded since strike force. I would have liked to see him fight hendricks to see if he had what it takes but it didn't happen. I don't know who else would fight lawler next if condit doesn't get/want the rematch
>implying punching accuracy doesn't matter
>wanting a """""fighter"""""" who just flicks 300000x jabs until 20 land
Do people unironically think Condit won or is this the newest of memes that I missed out on cause I was too busy training with my gi?
>Maybe if you've seen nothing but skinny man ass then sure
dude look at this bazooka
It's the best ass in MMA period, the way she jiggles when she punches
To me, it seems like all the male fighters look deflated wearing the reebok gear and all the female asses look smaller wearing it, especially if they are wearing the white uniform.
Can someone hook me up with the video of Cruz verbally abusing Dillashaw?
>A Hunto for your troubles
Dude, just because you've seen a monster truck doesn't mean that a crew cab with an eight foot box isn't a big truck.
>MMA fans seem to have low standards for some reason
Maybe it's because getting punched in the face for a living isn't a big draw for attractive women? We make do with what we've got bud.
Not even talking about grotesque asses, Bethe just has a medium sized ass.
It's understandable because she's an MMA fighter and that kind of figure would not be conductive to her career but I don't see how her dwarfs Miesha's or others similar.
>It's understandable because she's an MMA fighter and that kind of figure would not be conductive to her career
You say medium sized, but I do believe you mean above average. We are talking women that aren't fucking fat here, right? A chick that's got a decent bod on her but a big poo on her as well.
I always see people saying how certain fighters chins 'have gone' but how does that happen?
I mean, what are the mechanics behind it? Why does getting hit in the chin weaken it and make you more susceptible to knockouts while punching doesn't weaken your knuckles?
Is it all about genetics or does everybody's chin get shot eventually?
I did not say "the perfect body", and yet, you somehow deduced that, regardless. Interesting.
>being a stick in the mud
Conor thinks of you with disdain, just sayin
Cruz beats Snek
I think what happens is that as the brain receives more and more punishment it becomes scared of receiving any more and is more likely to either turn itself off or turns off more easily so to speak to avoid any more trauma.
Not only that but as you grow older both bone and muscle degrade and those are important factors in being able to receive force.
I can't tell if this is supposed to be funny or not.
You're not being serious about the chin thing, right? You do understand that it's the fighters brain that has absorbed damage over time?
On a related note, I wholeheartedly believe that the weight of the skull is a factor in how good one's chin is. Guys with great chins always have big heads in comparison to the rest of the division.
I'm not talking about every girl on earth you dickhole. I'm talking about MMA chicks only. Bethe's ass is top tier in regards to MMA chicks.
You don't look at the hottest girl in town and go "eh, she's a california six, I'm gonna pass". You're psyched cause she's the hottest chick in town.
Its about footwork so you aren't running into punches like aldo or getting punched unbalanced where you can get easily knocked down and finished and older fighters get sloppy on it
Though it is confirmed peds give you a better chin, I heard that shit was norm back in the day but I don't want to just declare a large swath of fighters roiders
it was still extremely disappointing in the fight. I'm an ass man and I was actually pretty hype there was a chick with some dat ass but it was just kind of wrong and flat
Has there ever been a thread with more shitposting?
Talking bout bundas buddy and even amongst a crowd of 1-5's the 5's are still subjectively hot
>Rory gave up and that is why he lost the fight.
This is a pretty ignorant thing to say to be honest with you family. Different people are different, and the way the brain reacts is different from person to person. What is instinctual is difficult to oppress (although entirely possible) but there are some things that just cannot be changed about oneself.
Also, that's a poor comparison. Pooryay went to the ground for the rest of the fight, and probably for that reason. Rory kept the fight standing. You could argue that was a poor decision, but I feel as though you could also argue that it was the JUST BLEED, Fight Fan thing to do. Rory's heart is admirable, though, regardless of how you try to imply that he "quit".
Tapping to a submission that there is no hope of escaping is not shameful, and you're basically implying that it is.
CAN SOMEONE SHOP OP'S PIC WITH TRUMP AND ROUSEY?
I couldn't help but wince really fucking hard every time he got pegged on it, just imagining the already searing pain compounded by brutal force smashing bits of your bone into you
Exactly, it was shattered right to fuck and back, and he had been punched many, many times in that shattered nose. By Robbie fucking Lawler lol. Honestly, I'd bet the level of pain was overwhelming and electric.
There was a lengthy discussion about scoring in the UFC that accounted for a large portion of a thread that is objectively still quite young; you are wrong, and have therefore been BTFO'd. Enjoy
It was sad to see him crumpled to the floor barely able to sit up. Fights like Lawler/MacDonald are what we live for as fight fans but it's bittersweet and conflicting when you see the effect it physically has on fighters
I have literally sat in a bathtub and taken time to create a beautiful composition of rhyme and rhythm that was, at the time, relevant to the dynamic landscape of UFC title contendership.
You were saying?
>Fights like Lawler/MacDonald are what we live for as fight fans but it's bittersweet and conflicting when you see the effect it physically has on fighters
It reminds us that life is suffering and yet, always worth living. Rory Mac teaching us some profound shit just by quitting like a little bitch
Alright, I can see you're a tight fucker. You've earned the right to know.
Its a reference from the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (pic related).
It implies that Dana White is Mr Heem.
Well... It's not so bad to be on your back in full guard. Some BJJ-centric fighters prefer that position in a fight. And even if you're not high-level in BJJ, you can generally neutralize an opponent from full guard, right? I only watched the fight live, but, as I remember it, it featured Duffy not only got taken down too easily, but also getting punched too hard while on his back.
He was dominated pretty handily and got hit with a lot of hard elbows.
Only moment of offense he had was working towards a heel hook but Dustin was able to get out and get mount or half guard on him again
He dressed like one as well.
TJ just sounded like a guy who doesn't have the wit to shit talk, he gets caught off guard and becomes too invested in it, like Chad.
He just had to mention that Cruz hasn't fought in ages and gets injured all the time, that would have been a decent enough retort to any of his shit talk
In a perfect world, Cruz dominates TJ.
TJ is then slated to fight Faber, which is hyped to fuck and back, and we get to hear Cruz talk shit the entire time.
In the mean time, Cruz dominates Mendes, and then we'd get to witness the penultimate "Alpha Male" vs the "Alpha Male Dominator" in Cruz vs the winner of TJ and Faber.
It's an epic rematch, regardless. Be objective for once in your life, young man.
I already posted this in the last thread, butt-fuck it.
>I think you're scared to talk because you don't want to say what you're gonna do because you're scared to eat your own words.
Listen, while you've been out I've been the best. I've learned everything you thought you knew and improved on it. You'll make a mistake and I will capitalize, that's what I'm gonna do.
>instead he fucking curls up into a ball
Leg locks are dangerous in MMA since you're in a vulnerable position and they can be defended against rather easily if you're aware of what they're doing.
I don't think Duffy is done, he impressed me a bit in that fight with his boxing skills and his overall mentality, he stayed very calm despite being outclassed.
If he grows from here and becomes a better overall fighter with Tristar then he could do some great things.
I know that certain people can catch you in a heel hook, but it seems like it usually just does nothing, and winds up with the heel-hooker on bottom still. Am I mistaken?
I wouldn't say that Duffy is truly 'done', but, at least in my mind, this idea of 'the man who beat Conor' is done. People say that Conor got exposed in the Mendes fight, but Conor was actually defending off his back (and, arguably, doing damage), and defended at least some takedowns.
have some self respect anon
>I wouldn't say that Duffy is truly 'done', but, at least in my mind, this idea of 'the man who beat Conor' is done. People say that Conor got exposed in the Mendes fight, but Conor was actually defending off his back (and, arguably, doing damage), and defended at least some takedowns.
Duffy was beaten on the ground. Obviously Conor isn't going to take the fight to the ground. The meme of the irishman who beat McGoob can live on, in my opinion. Duffy is very dangerous on the feet.
I'm the Jon Jones /heem/ deserves, not the one it needs.
Well when you think about if you're being heel hooked you're on top, so when you escape you're most likely going to be on top, so you are correct.
Poirier and Mendes are too different of fighters to compare. Mendes is rather small for his weight class (and tiny in comparison to Conor) and he's not very good on the ground, he hasn't shown any amount of a BJJ game at all.
Meanwhile Poirier is a good size for LW and is noted for being very good at subs, passing and the general BJJ game.
>Meanwhile, Poirier is a good size for LW and is noted for being very good at HEEM SLEEPY
He beat Poirier standing up but we're comparing them on the ground, if Conor had been in Duffy's situation he would have probably been subbed.
Furthermore, Poirier looks rather invigorated at LW and hopefully his fight with Conor made him more mature, it was obvious that the defeated weighed heavily on him
Where does Lawler rank on the all time UFC WW rankings do you think?
1st and 2nd are obviously occupied by GSP and Hughes but has Lawler reached 3rd yet? Or would you put him behind people like Shields or Fitch?
What would it take for Lawler to displace Hughes?
>oh he did a Reddit
>thanks to CamSoda
>the fuck is CamSoda
He did do security for porn. I know that. Also funny Kimbo/Schaub story.
UFC 200 card predictions
Cormier v Jones 2 main event
Holly v Ronda 2 comain
Mcgregor v Diaz or RDA
Rockhold v Belfort or Weidman 2
Miocic v Werdum
>If Conor had been in Duffys situation
>If Germany won WWII
>If Kennedy wasn't assassinated
>If your mom hadn't fucked that black guy
Stupidest argument to have ever.
Don't worry, though. If you're thinking Poirier will get a rematch at LW, he got plenty of practice on the ground in the last fight.
If Jon Jones fights Cormier Holm v Ronda will be comain, and theyve already said they want this to be the biggest UFC ever, so why not have Mcgregor and Ronda fight on the same card?
Wow you Conor fanboys are really butthurt aren't you? You did some dumb MMA Math about how because Conor defended against Chad that somehow makes him better than Duffy because Duffy got beat up on the ground by Dustin.
Your logic was idiotic and I proved it
Crazy that McGregor will be headlining. Unless Ronda is on the card. I see.
Ronda > Conor > Jones if that card did happen.
Mines. (at MGS btw)
UFC 200: (with those old gimmick names like UFC 79: Nemesis) The Return
Jones vs Cormier 2
Yoanna vs Claudia
CM Punk vs let's go with Phil Baroni
Sage Northcutt vs Takanori Gomi
Donald Cerrone vs Kelvin Gastelum
I've only posted twice, pal.
>Wow McGregor lost once and has since gone on to win every fight and become champ, you must be so mad.
Why would I be mad that Mystic Mac has done what he said. I never said anything about Duffy, but you wanna pull out the "MMA math" meme while the only thing I responded to you about and talked shit about was
>hurr durr but if Dusty would've just not gotten knocked the fuck out he would have subbed him
Sounds like umad
>Wow you Conor fanboys are really butthurt aren't you?
Why would we be butthurt anon?
Why do people want 5 title fights on the main card? That's stupid and would just overshadow everything, it would also potentially go on too long
My thought is
>Ronda vs Holm 2
Not sure about this because Holm could be fighting Tate next but if she beats her then she will definitely fight Ronda again and there will be no better place than 200
>McGregor vs RDA or another LW fighrer
I'm guessing by this point MCG would have fought RDA already, if not then they will do it at 200 to boost MCG further. If he already has then he'll defend his LW title, the UFC will have no qualms with dicking Edgar around.
>Silva vs Machida/Mousasi
Both Silva and Machida are past it and this is a fight that a lot of people would want to see. If Silva doesn't want it then Mousasi could fill in, it would be a decent level fight for Silva against good competition to get him back on the wagon.
>Miocic vs. Cain/Werdum
He's the future of the HW division and they'll want to build him up, he can face the loser of 196
>Rua vs Rampage
Nice nostalgia rematch
>Brown vs Condit/Another WW
Fun fight, unless Condit is retired by then, if so put another WW in there like Rick Story perhaps.
>If he already has then he'll defend his LW title
Awful lot of implying there m8
>Miocic is the future of the HW division and they'll want to build him up, he can face the loser of 196
Who faces the winner of 196 then? Overeem?
I think McGreggor french kissed the Blarney stone or something.
I don't even want to say he's incredibly talented, I just think he's extremely lucky. And I don't think there is such thing as luck. It's just crazy how he beat Mendes and Aldo, surly lightening can't strike the same place three times.
There were only two
As said LW's is probably Conor's future, I don't see Edgar/Conor as something they'd want to put on as a showcase. Probably him versus a mouthy striker like Diaz or Cerrone
>Who faces the winner of 196 then? Overeem?
That's what I'm thinking, UFC will probably want Overeem to get that title shot before he fucks up and loses to some no name
A shame that you're stunted by your own illiteracy
Well, ok then, I'll play your game. What if Bork never got a bad case of stinky cum throat and suplexed GSP from a spaceship after he got abducted through a table that Matt Hughes was tied to? Cause then obviously Hughes wouldn't have had the energy to escape Triggs RNC, and then he'd currently be considered GOAT
But wasn't the whole point of the earlier post to say their *ideal* UFC 200? Miocic deserves it more and while the UFC could potentially want Overeem to face the winner of 196 first I would personally prefer to see Miocic get the shot
No shit I'm saying it was a good card because of the fighting and the fact they WERE prospects instead of big names. UFC has been broadcasting too many names and not enough talent and dana knows it. 185 and 205 are dead because of no new blood
Diaz vs Northcutt or Diaz vs McGregor
Pick your poison spee
Learn to read before you type out rubbish.
I was just going for a realistic yet best case scenario. Better than the endless seas of
>I want 20 title fights while they ride flaming motorcyles through flaming rings on fire onto flaming wooden planks
In most cases the talent wasn't there like at 205 there are barely any prospects of any real credibility.
And pushing prospects on the main card of 200 would kill it, this is their biggest show for many years to come no point killing with no names.
>In fact, White revealed in a recent interview with Financial Times that UFC is worth something to the tune of $3.5 billion. That's up considerably from the $2 billion Lorenzo Fertitta claimed in a New York Times interview several years ago, suggesting UFC is the most valuable sports franchise on the planet.
>The UFC averaged 565,000 PPV buys in 2015 as opposed to 267,000 in 2014.
Yeah, spamming those big names is killing them
When UFC pushes 'prospects' on a card its proven dudes like the larkin fight or joe duffy one. Jones was already heeming his way to the top hence him being one ufc 100. The top ten in every weight division these days always lists retired dudes its so dead
You typed rubbish and I read it
>if Conor had been in Duffy's situation
Good to know that you can not only read, but also parrot since my response was
By saying what I typed is rubbish, you're now officially making my argument for me...so...thanks?
Brock and GSP were the biggest draws at the UFC's peak.
Now they are down to Conor and Ronda as their big draws, sad but true.
The big problem for the UFC is that if Conor loses, the UFC has literally no one left to hype.
When GSP and BRock walked they started hyping woman's mma even though it is awful.
And then they started with Conor. They got 1 star out of the women's division and she's been badly exposed now.
Conor's weakness is that he's cast himself as invincible, meaning that if he loses he's finished as "invincible". GSP loses and he's a humble gentleman you know will work harder than anyone to come back strong. Brock loses and you want to tune in again just to see if anyone can conquer a guy of that size. But Conor's attraction is his shit-talk bravado, and you can't make bravado count if you've lost, you just look like even more of a "loser".
Expect a line of cans for Sage Northcut, because there seem to be no other possible hype machines on the horizon. Desperate times if COnor loses.
--and some say that's the strategy with Conor going up -- he can
1) avoid Frankie and
2) if he loses well, it was against "bigger" guys (actually the same daily size, as Conor's greatest ability is a massive weight cut).
Don't you love how she just double feinted jabs to hide that head kick.
Current year...believing Dana.
I bet you believed those "locker-room bonuses" were real, too.
An interesting take. In an imaginary perfect world I'd like to see:
Jones vs Cormier 2 main event
Rockhold vs Souza (since he SHOULD have won the fight against Romero)
Barao vs Holloway
Overeem vs Browne (after he beats Mitrione)
Both Pettis brothers vs both Diaz brothers (a man can dream)
I'm not saying Frankie will beat Conor, I'm saying the risk is greatest if he fights Frankie right away.
He COULD lose, and if he does, the Conor persona is as close to dead as Ronda's is right now.
He goes up and loses, he can still be praied for taking the chance, and legit hyped when he comes back down to fight whomever.
In other words:
He fights Frankie next and loses, the UFC loses their only remaining hype vehicle.
He goes up and loses, he's still a hype vehicle (until he loses in his original weight division).
>Both Pettis brothers vs both Diaz brothers
Ignoring obvious weight differences this is a fight I'd pay $60 to watch
Literally, the only thing you've said to me is that I'm retarded, other than saying I was partaking in MMA Math, which I never did, for calling you out for using MMA Math, which you did (as I've pointed out) many times right here
if Conor had been in Duffy's situation he would have probably been subbed
Congrats if you are trolling because I've wanted to abandon many times, but I can't because I think you actually believe you didn't type some completely retarded conjecture.
So Anthony Pettis almost certainty beat a juiced up Melendez, right? He wasn't popped until a fight later but one has to imagine that if you're going to use PEDs surely you'd use when a belt is on the line?
>Nick and Nate have never dropped out of a fight due to injury
>Conor has stem cells
>Conor McGregor vs Nate Diaz will happen at UFC 200 and there is nothing you,I,the NSAC,USADA can do to prevent it
>the world tour
>the memes that will be dropped
>the banter during the fight
>Cesar Gracie will shit talk Kavameme
>there will be a brawl between stoners and Irish people at the fight

THE TIME IS NOW!
Do you think he'll still run his mouth after Nate Diaz destroys him?
Who will you be rooting for?
>Literally thinking Goobs has talent and not dumb luck
don't look at the camera, Dana
you're out there all alone, like Jack Nicholson in Easy Rider
you're a badass, even if locker-room bonuses were a lie and you underpay your fighters so you can overpay yourself
Khabib Abdulmanapovich vs Diaz
GSP v Anderson Silva
Mighty Mouse v Bob Sapp
Ronda Rousey v Conor McGoober
Chuck v Tito III
Brock Lesnar v Frank Mur III
Mike Tyson v Jon Jones
Ronaldo v Messi
Joe Rogan v Brendan Schaub
Randy Couture v Dana White
>>Conor McGregor vs Nate Diaz will happen at UFC 200 and there is nothing you,I,the NSAC,USADA can do to prevent it
What is the interest in Conor fighitng a scrub like Nate?
The odds would be stupid.
But I'm more worried about both making it to the fight. Not because of injury. But more because of someone being assaulted. Example
>Conor has glasses and beard on his face.
>first staredown on world tour (Las Vegas)
>Conor does that shit he did to Aldo where he bumps head
>Nate leaps towards Conor
>brawl almost breaks out
>Dana gets socked in the face
>Dana tells Nate he can't be doing that but has a smile when thinking about money
>does ESPN (lol it was pretty hard)
>Nate pulls Conors beard (or slaps his glasses off reminiscent of Cerrone staredown)
>brawls breaks out
>Nate calls Conor "punkass faggot bitch"
>SJW's come out of the woodwork
>UFC promote homophobia or some shit
>Nate gets fined
>Conor does the HEEEEYAHHH! yelling shit he does at weigh ins and slap Nate in the face
I wanna say they'd both try and remain calm throughout the tour but with Nate I don't know. I feel there will be world tours every time Conor fights someone. Frankie,RDA, would be easier to control on a tour than Nate.
I'm 209 as well. Fuck it, Nate could be fighting my mother and I'd still be rooting for the fucker. I think Nate would behave because of the muney. I think the fight could happen. Oh, god I wish that fight happened.
>Conor does the HEEEEYAHHH!
It's "EIRE" btw
m8 you're literally retarded. The pom was saying that Poorier is better on the ground than Mendes. This is 100% accurate. He also said that if he had Conor where Mendes had him, he'd be much more dangerous and potentially even sub Conor which is also accurate.
The point isn't that Conor loses on the ground to Poorier, because we've seen that fight an obviously Conor knocks his ass out in the first. The point is Mendes is shit on the ground especially in comparison to Poorier.
So, McGregor and Duffy's fights with Poorier can't be compared, because
1. Duffy was dominating Poorier prior to being taken down, in which Poorier is great
2. Poorier never tried to take down Conor an instead swung with him till Conor heem'd him
What the pom was responding to I believe, was someone attempting MMAth like a retard.
>fuck female fighters
>I only want to see men fight
>I don't care about girls
and yet somehow female fighters are the most popular thing in mma... you fucking closet case homosexuals.
I actually practice martial arts unlike you fags. Krav Maga and Hapkido. I bet this is what you fags look like.
BJ Penn put it best
"I'll kill him, there's no one who I think I'd lose to"
If he told me to stop taking pictures of him in an angry voice I would absolutely heem the shit out of him.
So its an open weight tourney. Choi fought this literally who 1-1 guy and managed to get a cheeky punch in that (i think) broke the guys nose.
After Herb split them up he just refused to continue so Herb called it.
His celebration after beating Werdum looked silly.

"He was the defending featherweight UFC champion and was ranked No. 1 in official UFC pound-for-pound rankings. He also went a decade without losing a match since 2005 and reigned as a world champion for 6 years."
>tfw you killed the Conor hype before it has even started.
Yeah I thought I'd build Conor and match him up against Stephens who will never beat him, well I guess I still went too fast.
But I think the most funny thing is Hendricks getting subbed.
Holloway was training in his garage with his Dad when McGregor beat him and not ranked by anyone. McGregor does not surpass Aldo by beating Aldo and beating 2 guys Aldo already beat. Get the fuck out of here.
He wasn't when they fought, and has clearly grown a lot since then. He got a gift decision Leonard Garcia shortly before that fight that everyone knew he didn't deserve. He wasn't close to being a Top 5 fighter.
Despite the whole WUB WUB aspect, this is one of my favorite promos.
Admittedly, Conor has huge power in his cross. The way he throws it reminds me of Tommy Hearns a bit. So a flash KO isn't out of the question from mcgoober. Also, Frankie has a lot of career damage.
But I see Frankie as a smaller Mendes with waaaaaay better footwork and cardio. He'll pop inside quick, throw a few hooks to get the tie up, then drag McGregor to deep water on the mat
Honestly, none of wins at featherweight are impressive because of how much weight he cuts just to fight manlets. If Conor beats top dudes at LW that's when I'll join the bandwagon.
Do you guise think that Woodley could fare any better against Lawler than Condito Supreme?
>none of wins at featherweight are impressive because of how much weight he cuts just to fight manlets
Holloway is taller than Conor
Does that mean none of his FW wins mean anything?
Reminder that if you're one of the many posters who posts links ITT, you should remember that I don't open a single one of them. Youtube, BBC, Vice, DailyMail, vocaroo, strawpoll, anything; I do not click a single one. All that time you spend highlighting the link, copying and pasting it, filling out the CAPTCHA and sitting eagerly waiting for relevant (You)s relating to the content on the other side of the link are completely and utterly wasted on me because I do not, ever, open links ITT.
You can't stop posting, you dummys.
Do you think le narrow shoulders, no knees and mewvment guy can win over the snake?
>backpedal against a guy with a blown ACL and still lose
Sure did cast a shadow on Conor.
Yes. I'm pretty confident that he can edge out a decision. Its waaay too early to predict anything, but I'm pretty heavily set on Cruz at the moment.
Conor has a much longer reach, in fact his reach is longer than most of LW's. I'd be willing to bet Conor's regular size is bigger than Holloway's too. Even despite all that, the major difference is that people don't regard Holloway as the "God of MMA" in the same manner that they do Conor.
>Does that mean none of his FW wins mean anything?
It means Conor is a big enough asshole to cut weight to the point of serious physical harm just so he can beat the shit out of midgets.
>No you claimed Conors height invalidates all his FW wins
Nope. I'm saying I'm just not as impressed as you seem to be and I'm reserving my nuthugging for when Conor gets W's in the LW division, a challenge that seems more deserving of the so called "God of MMA". Relax snaggletooth, no one's saying that your boy ain't good.
Well, honestly, I just needed an excessively vapid face and Sage did nicely.
He is still my favorite breed of retriever dog tho, so I do like him.
Ya buggered dem yanks dere innit
Would Poirier beat Conor in a rematch?
>being this insanely asshurt
Here, have a (You), (You) definitely earned it.
