fucking slit your wrists

Gave it a shot. The video fucking sucks. I could definitely make something better, or at least more memorable and less completely generic.
Never been the biggest fan of Brand New, but a big fan of emo.
It was pretty meh 6/10 not really worth regular listens. Instrumentation was fairly interesting, I actually enjoyed the filler interjection stuff, maybe a little to distracting. Lyrics were unimpressive, vocal delivery wasn't interesting at all.
None of the songs are really that memorable, best thing going for it was probably its atmosphere but paired with the lyrics it came across a little corny and dumb. Also the first three tracks are pretty bad but it picks up by the end.
Favorite tracks: Same Logic/ Teeth, In the Water, 451, Battered Up
Least Favorite: Lit Me Up, Can't Get Out
The Devil and God was much better
I havent been on /mu/ for the past week so what did you guys think?
literally never heard a thing by this band because i was too old to listen to emo when they first released stuff.
listened to this album though and it was pretty good. reminded me of old bright eyes at parts
AOTY. Also,

My roommate does. But she spent over $1k on it and never plays it.

>Julian Casablancas's solo work and his work with The Voidz are far better than anything he ever did with The Strokes
>>74714529
Tyranny was pretty good, but not Is This It good
looking forward for their new album
Radiohead doesn't write good songs
Post underrated side project albums from well known artists
this is a live album from Squarepushers' live jazz fusion band and its fucking great
Nice choice OP, Shobaleader actually got me into Squarepusher funnily enough. I don't think I have any artist to contribute though
>>74714333
That album sounds really interesting and I plan on listening to it soon but holy fuck that artwork is absolutely disgusting.
>it's better than the whole strokes discography
