Post underrated side project albums from well known artists
this is a live album from Squarepushers' live jazz fusion band and its fucking great
Nice choice OP, Shobaleader actually got me into Squarepusher funnily enough. I don't think I have any artist to contribute though

That album sounds really interesting and I plan on listening to it soon but holy fuck that artwork is absolutely disgusting.
>it's better than the whole strokes discography
i really wanted to like that album but it just felt like inferior versions of squarepusher songs
really ambitious project though, i think original compositions would suit them a lot better

I guess this is semi-related.
Pep Love hardly gets much love outside of his amazing verses on the Hieroglyphics albums but this album is truly heartfelt and wonderfully lyrical. It is almost like he is on the edge of being corny but saves himself with raw talent and sincerity.

I saw them live a couple of weeks ago, it was fucking mind-blowing

OH MAN
so glad this showed up here. Easily my fav Sinatra release. Anything with Antonio Carlos Jobim's name on it is gonna be great 90% of the time.
I find the really maximalist arrangements Sinatra usually sings over get a little grating, but the more minimalist arrangements from Jobim make this album such a gem.
