Hip-Hop head here. I literally only listen to hip-hop, and I want to branch out. I feel like I've explored, and thoroughly enjoy, every subgenre of hip-hop. I listen to everything from 80s boom bap, to 90s gangsta rap, chopped and screwed, conscious hip-hop, cloud rap, and even modern trap and mumble rap like pic related. It's the only genre I've ever been able to connect to, but recently I've been looking to get into another genre. Maybe rock? I don't know anything about it though, and I've never really cared enough about guitar music to give it a chance. Everything I've heard sounded the same. It didn't seem to match the variety and diversity of hip-hop. Can somebody recommend me some rock? The closest thing I listen to is Death Grips, but they're more metal/punk than rock. Where should I begin with guitar music?

Its going to be an anarco pop punk album in the same vein as American Idiot except its anti-Trump, proceeds go to the International Refugee Fund, and she tours with ANOHINI

I hope she inspires class consciousness unironically

When you want class consciousness you really can't beat a white multi-millionaire who works for a multi-national corporation making bourgeois mass media content.

There is literally no reason to listen to albums or think of them as a discrete unit of music. Albums are not superior to singles. They are collections of stand-alone songs. Nothing more. The whole is not more than the sum of its parts. The only reason we consume music this way is because of the century old technological limitations of vinyl records and the convenience of distribution models from the 1950s.

What are
>Concept albums
>songs that flow into one another
>General concepts with albums
>Prog rock
>Prog Pop
>anything prog
>Anything made specifically to flow
>>
>>73819580
It hasn't, because it can't be. It's the truth. At no other time in history has music ever been created or consumed in this manner. It's purely the practicality of commercialization left over from half a century ago. Albums as a format will be dead within 20 years, and it's 30 years overdue already.
