try searching on steve hoffman forum. they go really in depth about this sort of stuff
the 2011 remaster is shit
>chorus doesn't have all band members singing at once
If that's what you like, you'd love this really underground band called Arcade Fire. They're super indie and legit. Check out their amazing song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9zdNdjF-htY
If you want it, you can download an app that actually lets you rip mp3s from YouTube videos!

So, to make this short, do you know any way to have an income doing music for other people or composing music for other people?
I know you are going to say "lurk moar" but I've been looking and I dont see any website or anything were I can offer my services as a composer, I graduated with an orchestral music composition degree in my country, and although I do make a decent income, My job consists, mostly, in teaching other guys how to make music.
Do you know how to help this anon? do you know somebody who wants to hire a composer to make a song called "fuck you, Jessica, you broke my heart" In both pop/rock or opera?

find a real job, build a portfolio, then maybe, and that's a big maybe, you can get paid to make music.
What a lovely album this is. So pretty.

Is this real? What's the lifespan of my mp3 files (when will they go stale or expire) if I downloaded most of them 2 years ago?
>Hearing the difference now isn't the reason to encode to FLAC. FLAC uses lossless compression, while MP3 is 'lossy'. What this means is that for each year the MP3 sits on your hard drive, it will lose roughly 12kbps, assuming you have SATA - it's about 15kbps on IDE, but only 7kbps on SCSI, due to rotational velocidensity. You don't want to know how much worse it is on CD-ROM or other optical media.
>I started collecting MP3s in about 2001, and if I try to play any of the tracks I downloaded back then, even the stuff I grabbed at 320kbps, they just sound like crap. The bass is terrible, the midrange…well don’t get me started. Some of those albums have degraded down to 32 or even 16kbps. FLAC rips from the same period still sound great, even if they weren’t stored correctly, in a cool, dry place. Seriously, stick to FLAC, you may not be able to hear the difference now, but in a year or two, you’ll be glad you did.
About 27 moons
I can't tell if you're shitposting or actually this gullible.

Yeah, mp3s will destroy your music collection.
It was one thing that I found this singer's fanbase to be obnoxious and her music uninspiring rubbish. Now there's no chance of me listening to her after she talked about the American flag the way she did.
What are the best recordings of classical music that I can get on spotify?
(PIC UNRELATED)
I'm mainly looking for the best possible recording of Beethoven's 9th symphony on Spotify.
Confirm or deny: The corny theme of this album would have worked amazingly if the music was some glitchy ADHD Clarence Clarity shit.

>proceeds to listen to pic related with a straight face and considers it more intelligent than most popular music
Rockfags everyone
That's not my reason for hating rap, I'm not a hypocrite. I hate rap because it just doesn't sound very pleasing to my ears. I prefer riffs over beats most of the time.
