What's the proper etiquette on continuing a CYOA presumably dropped by the QM? The KH one has been absent for a while, and participation might slow down or stop if it's just left alone, though I don't know if I'm up to the task of QMing it myself, either. How long is too long to let a quest stay dormant? How soon is too soon to step in for the old QM?
