I think it's:
Twilight > Rarity > Applejack > Rainbow Dash > Pinkie Pie > Fluttershy

Rarity owns her own business, which is successful and expanding. She has employees working for her, so she doesn't have to be hoofs-on all the time

Applejack is in charge of the family business, and has a local monopoly on Cider production. However it's mentioned in the show that without the income from cider sales the farm would go bust. She doesn't have any employees besides family and does most of the work herself. She's wealthy, but not as wealthy as Rarity

Rainbow Dash gets a nice salary as a wonderbolt, and has a huge sky castle. She also doesn't need to spend very much, except for buying food.

Pinkie Pie is a low level service worker at a cake shop. Probably makes a bit above minimum wage. Her party-throwing business makes her some, but if it made her that much she wouldn't be working at the shop

Fluttershy is a hobo hippie that lives in the woods with animals. She has no clear source of income, and probably survives off the charity of others.

And of course Twilight gets taxes from all of Equestria, and has a massive castle, she's the richest

I doubt she gets any taxes, she's just the princess of Friendship and she's busy sweeping a shop in Manehatten. She never does any government job.
She probably has all her expenses payed by Celestia but that was probably the case before she was a princess.

Also AJ is poor as dirt. She and her family are just incapable of properly managing the farm. In S1 they were too poor to even afford a new plow and her situation hasn't changed at all. I'm sure that on paper the entire farm and her apple monopoly is incredibly valuable, but she is incapable to take advantage of that. I'm not saying that she should become a ruthless apple industrialist that extends her monopoly over all of Equestria and puts the rest of her family our of a job, but she could do so much better so that when one family member is hurt it's not a guaranteed bankruptcy if her friends are out of town.

Well, Flurry is getting another episode, Glimmer has several and hogged four two-parters in a row, Starburst is kinda just there sometimes, true.
I just wanted to say I'm not enjoying the new episodes as much, I am not sure why I played along with this thing aside from being tired and bored. But these three are probably still the biggest new characters introduced in S6, if you want to include reformed Glimmer as a new one.
