Except maybe the 2 options to Master Asia (Fuunsaiki and Gai) and Meio/Sazabi which are easy as shit to get anyways.
For everything else tho? You should just murder them all, the items the drop are worth more than them
Minerva has good terrains, Getter Q has combos with Getter 1 and Dragon, the Gelgoog is alright but I can't remember it's strangths, and the Apsalus isn't really that good unless you put an ace'd Judau to use the MAP post movement.
I think Minerva hasn't had a nice Valentine's day in a very long time.
I need help settling a debate with a friend, he claims that his theme from X Zone is the right theme, but I say Sword Soul Strike is his theme. What's the "true" theme?
This is not the most retarded thing I've ever watched. BUT IT'S UP THERE.
Dear GOD was this bad, holy shit. I never thought I'd say this, but I miss Z3 right now. Holy fuck I need to lie down.
Sorry, I'll stick to your favourite, Calico, in the future.
I liked the OVA.
Anyway, don't expect much from Logos at first. You have to gradually let yourself get attached to the characters.
Oh, she's got one alright.
>mfw when I have My Fate playing in five tabs, iTunes, VLC, MPC, PS3, phone, and surround system
Well, like I said, don't expect too much from it at first. On the plus side, it only gets better from there.
I hope so. I'm watching it for the thick girl right now.
Maybe I'm just reeling still from the OVA. I think I need booze for that. I'm not sure who thought it would be a good idea to stick those two things together into one video, it's like a double whammy of shit.
She is thick compared to the other girls, though. She's no whale, of course, but she's definitely not slender. Compare >>13877655 to pic related.
And here's Karan for completion's sake.
I didn't realize 'working eyes' counted as 'brain issues'.
No one's saying she's a fatty, just that there's a pleasant amount of meat on them bones. Why does this upset you so much?
For a country that's supposed to love tits so much, lolis sure do outperform older/curvier chicks in porn output. Heck, just look at Midna.
Can't decide if it's just a cultural thing or just a disproportionate number of their lolicons have art skills.
Is there any official art of what the full DC grunt pilot suit looks like?
Or did Banpresto never design anything for them but a face sprite?
Maia wants to sacrifice herself, Akira won't let her because he wants to be her savior, Subete won't let him because he doesn't want Akira to achieve the goal he set for himself. The final battle is literally Subete and Akira fighting over the right to sacrifice themselves to save the world.
I'm reminded of a scene from something where the villain went "To save this guy's life, one of you must die! Ahahahahaha!" and then three people immediately go "I'll do it."
Akira's whole thing throughout the series was his desire to be a savior, it was basically his sole driving force throughout the majority of the show. Plus, Subete had made defeating Akira his sole purpose in life after their conflict earlier in the series. So yeah, it's not as silly as it sounds when you consider the build up. It was still kind of silly, though, Maia pretty much went "wut" when Akira and Subete started arguing about it.
Reminder that Bian Zoldark is a goddamn idiot.

>Bunch of innocent lives are lost
There HAD to be a better wa right?
Trying to save the Earth for real might've helped. As it was he weakened the EFA for no real reason and just got lucky that they were already working on a project that could solo the next three major wars.
I think that part of the idea was getting all of these colossal shitbags lined up in the EF's sights so they'd get taken out.
Even it that was the case, he still did a piss-poor job of getting it done, since pretty much every single asshole he taps for bullseye duty outlives him and goes on to use his toys to make things worse for everyone.
Since people complained about Z3 and said it was the worst game ever, I decided to replay Z, and find as many faults as I can with it. Here's what I have so far:
-Kapool animations are probably the worst in the game. They probably assumed you'd quickly put Sochie, and Miashei on another grunt later (like the Nemo's).
-Turn A is really underpowered for most of the game. It's beam saber is the finisher for almost the whole thing, and it falls behind pretty had by stage 32.
-A bunch of Turn A pilots are again skipped, and Josef is again forced into a Zaku II.
-EN balance is all over the place. Some untis use way more EN than others, and most of the time the game doesn't have a good excuse for it(more on this later).
-Xabungle's second appearance, and it's plot is already over.
-Battleships all have their uses, but all suffer one flaw or another, some being more severe than others. Iron Gear (WM) has 3 movement, the Glomar never gets a finisher so it's useless outside of it's Leader bonus, Minerva has no will boosting spirits.
-Baldios has 2 more player units, but neither join (one dies, the other just leaves after one scenario).
-The game has a number of enemies with abilities that severely cripple units that can't dodge, but you barely see this in the game outside of a few bosses, so supers don't get an equivalent to the reals dodge penalty bonus.
-Locking certain secrets to route splits has always annoyed me, but Yassaba being locked to Land was pretty stupid, specially when you can get his Overman in both Land, and Setsuko route.
-A number of Gundam units have their legs dangling off as if they're floating/flying, and it just looks awful for most of them.
-Nu has great animations, but a terrible sprite due to the gigantic head, and dangling legs
-Cagalli, and Dearka are not playable, and you never get the Dom Trio from Destiny.
-A Zeta enemy (Jamaican) will disappear from the game if you take a certain route.
To be continued
Really? It took you 10 months to overreact to people not liking (parts of) Z3, and a list of minor quibbles, poor opinions, and BONUSES is the best you can do? Not even anything like 'you can't keep or salvage Saviour Gundam, even as a secret' or 'Full Armor Hyaku Shiki Kai was axed, even after its parts were spoiled in the bazaar screenshot in famitsu'? 1/10, you made me reply.
I mean seriously. We don't get Lacus' stormtroopers as playable characters? How is this anything but a good thing?
Because he's Sandman
--The Titans MK-II isn't can't use the G-Defensor, despite being better suited for it, forcing you to use the regular MK-II. The Super Gundam is also only good for squad fodder.
-Tons of side/grunt characters never get a damage spirit, which isn't an issue early on, but becomes a problem in the late game (but only if you aim for skill points, ending points, and secrets).
-Units with upgrade carryover also inherit FUB bonus.
-Entire Mu plot from Orguss is skipped.
-Despite being a headliner, Aquarion feels like an after thought, and it's animation isn't all theat great either (it sort of works for the shadow angel, not so much for the Aquarion itselt).
-Grendizer also pretty much has nothing going for it. Despite being the only Mazinger show with plot, it's non-existant, and it's the worst unit among the Mazingers.
I see you never played Rand's route. Or the Grendizer/Aquarion finales. Or half the game in general. Hell, did you play Z1 at all?
>The Super Gundam is also only good for squad fodder.
It's REALLY GOOD squad fodder though.
>and it's the worst unit among the Mazingers.
It'd be fucking amazing if it had an ALL as good as Double Burning Fire. As it stands, the P Space Thunder is pretty ok, just a bit costly - that falls into your problem with EN costs though, Grendizer's hit hard by that (though it has fucking Triple Mazinger Blade, which is LUDICROUSLY EN efficient, so it balances out.)
...kinda-sorta-not really? It's more reformed ninja than anything right now.
Also that means that yet another even-numbered DGG's sole purpose is to just carry around another DGG instead of its own thing, so no thanks.
I thought about putting Savior there, but it's not like it's useful at that point. Due to the lack of pilots, everyone else has something better, or tailored to them. But yeah, I'd be nice to keep it.
Sorry if I offended you with my opinion. Try not to get too worked up over it.
I really don't think the guy who was so butthurt about people not liking a very flawed game that he played its much better predecessor solely to try and fail at tearing it down has any room to complain about getting worked up. Just sayin'.
Eh. Kinda? It's the gunslinger to Sanger's swordsman, I guess, but its biggest damage output being 'chauffeur for sword guy' is kind of a letdown, somehow, even if the attack looks really cool.
Probably just quibbling on my end, I suppose, but I'd rather any theoretical eventual DGG-4 to do something slightly different than '[Dai]RaiOh's springboard'.
Watch yourself, anon. It that really did make you that angry, then get help. I used to have anger issues, but I managed to sort most of those issues after I joined an anger management group.
Or just give RaiOh and Soulgain a combo attack and not pair DGG-4 off with it.
Seriously. 1 and 2 being designed as a set for a pair of bros makes sense. Touma's not looking to ride anyone but Minaki so far, and she's an engineer, not Queen Punchface.
It works in context.
Akira's whole purpose in life is to be a savior, so Subete beats him by saving the entire world, meaning nothing Akira can do will ever be worthy of the title by comparison. And it works, Akira can't think of himself as the savior anymore when there's someone who was so much better at it than he was.
Those are all just general Obari things though. Including the double spinning rocket punch. When you factor in the design itself (and the shoulder cannons) it's closer to Sol Gravion or assorted Braves than anything. No OG design so far has a look similar to Dangaioh.
Zabis blablabla, Innocent lives blablabla WHO FUCKING CARES when he made Valsione and has a smoking hot daughter, I swear you fucking Seigi no Mikata can't see further than your own nose.
He's Obari cool AND he's voiced by Based Hayami, can't get cooler than that.
Valsione which is nowhere near as powerful as the Valsions could get (Mega Graviton Wave/Big Bang Wave where, daddy) and a daughter who is kinda dumb and has shit taste in men. What a hero.
Valsion a shit, and it's dead, destiny has already chosen the better mech.
Ranka should always win!
It honestly needs a backpack before getting the booster. I don't mean a huge thing, just some thruster so the leg ones aren't the only ones and so it doesn't have just bare hardpoints on its back.
Not enough animal faces
The first is a rights issue with Sunrise games, apparently. We can't even blame laziness on that one since it forced them to redesign every GC enemy unit.
The latter's true, though. I guess it is less easy to make 2D animations compared to 3D since the latter just needs to move a model around while sprites are more complicated to use, but still.
Astranagan kit spoilers:
-Active Control Wing uses the same unit as the Galinagant
-Each Gun Familiar has his own ego like the Masoukishin ones
-Mentioned to be a ''mystery humanoid mobile weapon that cannot exist yet''
-Developed by Euzeth Gozzo as an extension of the Chum Tselem series which Galinagant is part of(evil Cybuster)
-Uses La Geass tech and T-Link System
I ought to do a playthrough with only OG characters sometime.
A mysterious humanoid mobile weapon that cannot yet exist, though some claim to have glimpsed it. It appears out of nowhere, and is thought to be able to travel not just through space but also through parallel worlds. However, its methods of doing so and power source are unknown. It is assumed to be part of the "Chum Tzelem" series of mobile weapon Euzeth Gozzo was working on in the Ze Balmary Empire, but it is unknown if this unit belongs to the empire. Also, technology from Earth's (the surface world) and the underground world of Ra Gias is also used in it, as it has a T-Link System, a sword that uses Zol Orihalconium, and remote attack weapons called familiars. However, its association if any with the SRX and Masoukishin is unknown.
>Ingram possessing Amara
>Amara Dead End Shoot with Ingram in the background
Active Wing Unit
Seems to be an upgraded version of the same unit used by the Ze Balmary Empire's humanoid mobile weapon Garilnagant, but further details are unavailable.
Zol Orihalconium Sword. Zol Orihalconium is a liquid that turns into a solid via a crystalisation process which requires the insertion of a crystal nucleus, and the resulting metal crystal (solid) varies depending on the type of nucleus used.
I'll do Garilnagant some other time but here's just the interesting bits
-Uses some Earth tech like tesla drives but is mostly Balmar tech with Huckebein-looking shit on the outside as camouflage
-The Tronium used in the Garilnagant is not one of Earth's six pieces
-The Melaphty Deen (probably spelling this wrong as I can't hebrew) is a basically a prototype Ain Soph Ohr
Gravity control device (yellow things on arms)
Allows movement via the setting of a virtual "ground" and a vertical axis. It can also crush targets by generating gravity of up to 3200 Gs in a wide area (Gravitron Cannon).
I hope someone can help me with this.
Who has a link to download the Super Robot Spirits THE BEST music CD?
Well, more like Sui's mom was a little crazy insisting they should. I trust Fumihiko would make the right choice.
Wonder how much sense that subplot actually made without RoL though.
No. Canon specifically noted that the day the plan was set into motion, the island was destroyed, because halving their forces a second time in the middle of a siege is a TERRIBLE IDEA and the Festum stole the Gordian Crystal.
Canon changing the present caused two of the kids to basically go "That's stupid. You're stupid. Stop being stupid" hard enough to his mom to make her give it the fuck up.
I'm not sure how many episodes you've seen now, but I'll just say, that could have also been the result of a different plan.
Maybe you're right though, it's been a couple months. I'll have to skim around some episodes and see what I'm forgetting.
So the "new 3D animation" they talked about in BX was in reference to a sort of rendering program they designed and used for BX. It essentially just renders the sprite differently depending on what is necessary. If the sprite gets close to the screen, it renders the sprite in full, which is why it looks so crisp. If the sprite is, say, in the status menu, it will do something like a "streamline" render that simplifies the sprite so that it can still be read as the unit it is supposed to be, even with all of its compression. It's why certain sprites, like the Unicorn, are sorta these blurry forms in their status screen.
That reminds me... Didn't the Ardyguns hated space pirates? It would be nice to have some featured in Moon Dwellers. [spoilers]They are also needed for W backstory, since they killed Kazuma mom.[/spoilers]
Technically the gen 3 Fafners are just the same designs as their first versions, there wouldn't be any parts in common. Sechs had nothing to salvage, and Tsukuyomi and Fünf coexisted.
Moldova base got pretty thoroughly fucked so I imagine Mark Elf didn't fare very well.
So who will pilot it in MD?
-Reborn Ingram with psychodriver abilities restored
-A new Barsheem clone
Amara is out because she's locked in La Gias right now
if Cobray appears, he will already be in the Dis Astranagant
I bet that when he finally gets in OG, he will first serve as a boss to try to prevent the og guys to do some stupid shit, and join for the last 2 stages before fucking off to never be seen again
Actually he straight up told them all what the DC was about. It's just that the shitbags who rose through the ranks didn't actually realize he was telling them the truth. They thought it was a convenient excuse for conquering the world.
There's a reason why all the mook DCs actually DO talk about being the real saviors.
the idea was to use the war to level up Earth's technology
can't take out aliens with only fucking shitty gespents!
what I can't digest is the kind of allies the DC had, fucking Archibald? those 2 school old crones that fucked around? the guy that made the machinery children? jesus fuck
glad we took them all out
Astranagant in MD will run on completed Merafti Deen engine, which allows it siphon energy from the connection of the material world and the superior world. Galiinagant had this but couldn't use properly
Werkbau runs on Deen Lev, so Balmar will combine the Merafti Deen and Tronium Lev to make the Dis Lev
Except that all the projects that eventually defeated the aliens were already underway when the DC attacked. In fact they probably would've gone better if Bian had helped the EFA out in making the SRX and ATX projects a success and not risked killing the irreplaceable pilots in a stupid war beforehand.
I mean seriously, what if Ryusei hadn't made that shot? What if Aya ate a stay bullet at any point in the DC War? What if Sanger cleaved Kyosuke a little too hard?
What a stupid plan.
I got a kick out the artist here complaining about Factorsboy being delayed.
Man, Great Zeorymer really is some crazy shit. Wish it still had Zeorymer's punch though.
You mean since he first showed up.
Every single game with Euzeth also features the ability to HTB Cannon him - hell, his first game is also the one where the HTB Cannon showed up first.
Speaking of Divine Wars, wanna know something really silly?
DiSRX can be a thing that happens, since Cobray's still dicking around and the SRX hasn't been torn half to shreds by ORE NO BIKE LANE yet.
...yes. That would be the exact reason I mentioned it in conjunction with BIKE LANE. It's almost like I knew that or something.
Well, kinda. Aya wasn't MIA until after SRX was totally kill.
Pretty sure that's wrong on all counts
Gravion and Dangaioh aren't that different
And Kawamori's Dangaioh looks kinda stumpy there cause it's clearly just a photo from an artbook or something, the legs got eaten by the binding
I'd say that still counts.
The Kawamori one is fine, and with the other two the issue is really just the stiff poses. Hell, the Nova design is pretty much exactly how Sentai toys usually look.
Gravion makes up for it by looking absolutely stupid and blocky.
I know most of this shit is meant to be glorified toy commercials, Japan, but you could at least not blatantly make the art for them look like cheapass plastic choking hazards.
Point, but the SRX getting a power-up in the middle of getting wrecked would throw the 'getting wrecked' part off by a bit.
I was looking for OG enemy attacks and I found this instead.
So, boredom has struck, time to plug my concept again and try to use very little knowledge to piece together some type of plot together here.
Basic concept is something you've all heard before: low-tier earth tech, humanity can't really make anything more outlandish than OYW Gundam technology; anything typically "super" like or powerful is alien tech or based on ancient civilizations and whatever power source they're running off of.
Plotline pieces to follow:
OYW going on in the Gundam timeline, Giganos and Zeon teaming up as expected. Early gameplay consists of the prologues of those series as such, but not long until things start popping up on Earth and in space to cause problems. UFOs and space beasts out in the orbit, and creatures from the sea and earth itself on the ground.
At first, the Federation tries to deal with some of the earth-bound menaces, names the appearance of the Heterodyne and the Raideen villain by bringing in older tech so their fancy Gundam machines can focus on the Spacenoids. Dai-Guard is brought back from storage, and the old war relic Tetsujin 28 gets dusted off and Shotaro picks up the remote once more (using the older one from the sequel but no actual plot, most likely). Raideen and Gorg wake up amid all the turmoil, and share a connection from times long past.
More alien menaces start flooding in shortly, though, making a mess of everything. Zuul heads the space alliance, putting the Galra, BETA, Vega, and Gaizock all under his thrall and making far too much of a mess for any elite space units to take care of. This on top of the Radam acting rogue compared to everything else; they, the Raideen villains, the Heterodyne and the Gorg plot all play their own part in the mixer.
It's not long in the game before all this is just too much to keep a civil war going; amid heavy casualties a peace treaty has to be made to work together against these menaces, and so humanity can finally work together for a time.
From there it gets hazy on the details. Shotaro would act as a mentor-type to the Zambot kids and a friend to Takeru, Raideen and Gorg's connection to each other, perhaps some kind of connection between Radam and BETA, and a lot of fun with MSVs and side-stories for upgrades, such as upgrading the Alex to the NT-X at some point.
I want the secret final boss to be the Black History Turn A, ala G Generation Spirits, just for the hell of it.
Kokone continues to be the best part of this show so far. And I feel like this is the most I'll ever see of her.
She's also the character I like most thus far. I like the loli too but her introduction episode was incredibly depressing.
Kokone has her moments later in the show too, but yeah, she doesn't really get a major role in the plot.
Well, there's always making Gihren and Dorchenov morons who want to keep going on the power of their own ego against everything long after it would make sense. I figured they'd both get taken out around mid-game to help facilitate the peace treaty; possibly with Garma and the like still alive, like >>13881673 said, since the "Gundam Gaiden" in the list is meant as a catch-all for side-stories and Gihren's Greed and the like.
I figured one of the major things that would start the ball running would be Butcher sending human bombs to both sides of a Zeon/Federation conflict and showing just the kind of crap they're ignoring to keep their own war going.
(For that matter I kept imagining the Zambot finale to be one of the earlier ones. I have this silly idea of the computer doll trying to tell Kappei about how awful humans are, just before a pretty much fully-fledged alliance of humanity and its allies shows up to take it down.)
>Well, there's always making Gihren and Dorchenov morons who want to keep going on the power of their own ego against everything long after it would make sense.
That... sounds about like they are normally.
>(For that matter I kept imagining the Zambot finale to be one of the earlier ones. I have this silly idea of the computer doll trying to tell Kappei about how awful humans are, just before a pretty much fully-fledged alliance of humanity and its allies shows up to take it down.)
This I could get behind. Fuck your shit, Gaizock.
>That... sounds about like they are normally.
True, but imagine not having to put up with them as long. While I doubt this would be a SRW concept that would go that long, imagine being rid of Gihren and Dorchenov around the 20s number of stages in a 50-stage SRW. Get their idiocy out of the way and make room for humanity to actually pull itself together, and combine technology so that they can make technological advances and not wipe out their own kind.
>This I could get behind. Fuck your shit, Gaizock.
I worried about sticking the Zambot finale too early like that, but the way I see it, even if it was, Zuul could always pull out another computer doll or two for the final battle against the aliens. Hell, didn't Tengoku pull out about five of them?
Let's see, what else was I thinking of...the Falguen Custom, naturally...one of the early things the Zeon/Federation alliance would create would be a "Zeon Gundam," if you will, which is just the red Char Gundam from Gihren's Greed, which would have a combo attack with Amuro, Ez8 variations to roll out...lots of Gundam related stuff thanks to MSV it looks like...and this dumb little scene where the main Dai-Guard pilot would extend his "Salaryman can protect the peace" spiel around the final stage, to include that Salarymen, Earthnoids, Spacenoids, aliens, even children...everyone can protect the peace. It seems in-character and fittingly cheesy for an end-game line.
Wait what is man value again?
Isn't Counter proc based on both Counter level and Skill difference? Kyosuke could benefit from it
Of course you should be spending points on skills and relevant terrain ranks before stats though.
It's GBA OG1, he's stuck with it anyways
And even with Alt's armor, Kyosuke's questionable evasion can make not taking a few hits here and there nice when he's rushing out ahead of everyone else
Is just me or when I first saw the Alt in GBA I thought it had an Obari-esque face plate?
To be honest it doesn't look half bad, wonder how the Reise will look if it kept it.
A bit closer to Gundam than Obari, really, but you're not too far off.
Personally, I prefer the Riese face, but they both look good if you ask me.
Were you the same person I gave my responded, to back a while ago. I remember giving someone idea's on how to do Gorg, Gundam, Raideen, Zambot 3 and Dragonar.
I can't read Japanese so I have no idea what half the shows on your list are. Anyway.
Giganos and Zeon don't have to be allies they can be enemies. This way you can have a 3-way war.
Raideen, Gorg and Zambot 3 plot work's well together.
I do really see what the Heterodyne or Dai-Guard, have to do with anything is the Demon Empire just not enough, do you need to have characters such as Dai-Guard and Testsujin there for no reason.
Take Dai-Guard and Testsujin out, I don't feel as if they have any importance's to the plot at all.
The Gaizock as the alien's from space should be fine, they have great ties with Grog and Raideen. I don't see why adding in more alien's would make the threat any bigger.
What is GAIL is doing, who side are they on, will they have a connection to the Mu continent.
You might have been the person who responded to me a while back, not sure by now.
Dai-Guard and Tetsujin are there mostly to show some examples of early attempts Earth made in robot technology, and how clunky they are in a sense compared to the "better" technology of the Gundam. Tetsujin is just a large hunk of walking remote-controlled metal, and Dai-Guard has its own hosts of issues.
Not to mention that they're originally rolled out because in the early parts of the story only a few strange occurrences are hitting Earth (a few aliens are around in space, but they haven't made any big appearance ground-side yet, just causing problems for the conflicts up there and often having the Radam complicate things as well), so the Federation wants to throw an old war relic and something originally made to fight Heterodyne at them, then Raideen and his villains come into play and then things just start spiraling.
GAIL would probably just be enlisted by the Zeon alliance to stir up trouble and assist them on ground-side assaults. At least until Gorg starts throwing rocks.
I don't want to cut it down to bare minimums, after all; I've already cut Dunbine, Iczer and Dangaioh from the concept. At this point the only other consideration I'm making for a cut would be Golion.
