>List of subbed series:
>Kamen Rider Ghost Episode 15 Preview
Necrom is confirmed to be Aran, he will appear next week.
to further the wrassle discussion, there's may decent documentation out there of Mexican guys working Japan
also what's out there of KR in Mexico? I know there's a Mexican lobby card for what claims to have #1, #2, Ambassador Hell, and Atragon(!), probably either one of the moon movies or that Thai deal that became Kreig Der Infras
And its time for part 4! the meme rider we all love to death! Blade!
Heads up Dead or Alive won yesterday
oh derp Taiwan not Thailand
Since peachy decided to just say bandai is selling it and didn't give a link.
Anyone got a link to were to order this Jacket.
I know I'm getting my friend to ship one to me.
[if still available ofc]
I need something to watch while waiting for the SRW trailer
Hadn't checked to see if people had moved thread or not.
>we'll never watch Mexican Kamen Rider
I think it's just a dub of whichever movie the yellow and black pic is from.
yeah, Lucha movies are very good for an alternate versions of costume heroes beating the shit out of cheap monsters
I would think it was just a dub but the actors of Ambassador Hell and Dr Shinigami are clearly not their real actors, that has to be original footage
did you check against the Taiwan movie?
Ultimo Dragon was Japanese and worked in Mexico a lot, but that's the other way around...
ahahahahahaaha holy shit
some of it is stock footage but there's definitely some 'original' footage with these actors
Aoi Yuuki. Yurusen's voice actress. She also had a minor role in Faiz.
>SG Kachidoki lockseed doesn't have a slot for the Kiwami key
Why the fuck would you even get it then? Like, couldn't they have just used shitty solid plastic and no lights like the Energy lockseed SGs and kept the mold?

Ozawa tells Hikawa Agito is the last person he would think of. Hikawa immediately goes to Hojo and says that he's Agito
I didn't think Hikawa could get any denser.
And this is IMMEDIATELY AFTER Ozawa very un-subtly implied that Shouichi was Agito.
Starting his own evil organization perhaps?
>[Screams of Defeat]
>Pull down hips ruin yet another figure
I don't like this future
They're the same hips the Ghost, Specter and Decade SHFSS have.
Pull down hips are an abomination.
You can buy exclusives easily. You just pay more for than them.
Really? They look more like Mach's. I have 3 OOO figuarts with the "pull down" hips to compare to, none of them have the cut at the hip joint that image has?
If it's what I'm thinking of (ooo figures) then they look nice but they tend to hamper posing because there's no thigh swivel.
Those are the old pull down hips that didn't have any separation at all. The new pull downs are slightly better, but still nowhere near as good as the likes of Kuuga and Agito SHFSS, the Drive SHFs and Gaim SHFs.
I genuinely have no idea. Japan seems to think Mexicans are exotic and mysterious, and they think Spanish sounds sexy or something.
But then again, Mexicans love Japanese pop culture and anime even more so than anyone else, so I guess it's a mutual fascination.
That is seriously weird. I wonder if Shocker sent the dude from Mexico and bring the lucha Shocker combatmen over just for the sake of mentioning Mexico.
>Used to visit family in Mexico during summers as a kid
>They would air Dragonball Z and Ranma 1/2, uncensored, on regular tv
When I came back, Dragonball Z was just becoming the "hot thing" on Toonami, and I had already watched the Android and Cell storyline months before they began to air in the US, witch automatically made me the coolest kid.
Also, anime boobs.
There could be enough a connection there to do a whole ethnographic study on Luchadora and how it compares, influences, and intersects with Japanese wrestling/ early tokusatsu. Maybe not a very long one, be it would be interesting see to those two cultures are as interested in each other as we think they might be.
Here's a little known fun fact. While structurally their languages are nothing alike, Japanese and Spanish have remarkably similar pronunciation, so if you speak one fluently, you can at least pronounce the other pretty accurately.
That's one thing I noticed too. Pretty funny because I did a lot of Spanish in high school and my first year of college, so I can generally take a good stab at pronunciation if I see Japanese written out in english letters.

>A plan in development was Brain transforming into Mach while working under Banno
>It was scrapped when it was told it would lessen toy sales
>TS writing a creepy idol doctor who fic
What happened to that fapfic from a few threads ago?
On a more Rider like topic, how does this turn of events with Ultimate Kuuga make you feel about Gattack going the same route.
Brain is a sniveling glasses wearing sneaky sumbitch for the majority if the show. He didn't show any real positive traits until his final hour.
I think it would be different if it were Heart using it.
Not a bad guy, an intentionally uncool bad guy. They straight-up sold the Break Gunner as a villain weapon and it did alright. And Goldrive's Driver didn't hurt the sales of Mr. Belt.
If Heart or Freeze used the Mach Driver it'd be fine, you'd have Mach and the Driver looking cool. But Brain was always either hammy evil or getting his shit kicked in, and that would reflect poorly on the coolness of the Driver.
>care this much about the Mach driver's sales
>yet they didnt plan an upgrade for Mach
Then again, these are the people who designed Dead Heat so its expected for them to be idiots.
Okay, you know what? I've had it. I'm done. I'm fucking done.
First, I'm not gonna let Ren tatakae. Every time he tries to tatakae, I'll get in the way. If he tries to tatakae me, I'll just refuse.
And then? I'm gonna boroboro Tachibana.
And then I'm gonna replace everything in Yuuto's fridge with shiitake. I'll fill his whole damn train with shiitake.
After that, I'm gonna steal all of Nago's buttons.
Then I'll dump a bucket of sea cucumber all over Diend.
I'll question Terui. Everything I say to him will be in the form of a question.
And then I'll buy all the mayonnaise and dump it all in the ocean.
Then I'll turn Japan into a communist country and cover Kaito's grave with welfare bananas.
And then I'll let the robot fuck Go's sister.
I should point out that Kaito is totally in favor of welfare bananas. His ramblings about strength and power are because that's how to his mind the world is, not because that's how he wants it to be. In fact if he'd won he would have created a species that was inherently altruistic so that the weak would never be oppressed by the strong again. He wants power because the only way to change the order is to be at the top of it.

More fruit-swapping, more Ryoji or make him more likeable before he gets infected, during Jonouchi's last fight have him actually kick some serious ass instead of losing, maybe keep Takatora dead?
No offense to you anon but I don't really give a damn about that game because there's little to no chance that I would be able to play it anyway.
Rider Atsume is where I'm giving my shit at. When is it gonna come out?
I was posting that with the intent of jest and excitement for Rider Atsume, not to rub anyone off, anon. I'm sorry I didn't make that clear.
And no, I don't own those and I won't own those until Capcom decides to bring back Monster Hunter to the Playstation.
-Minimize Yggdrasil, make it primarily a turf war
-Remove Hase altogether
-Oren is brought in to put an end to the turf wars when they grow out of control
-No Energy Riders, instead make them upgrades to the beat riders
-Scrap Kiwame form, make Kachidoki the final form
-Micchy dies with no chance for redemption
-Kouta destroys Helheim instead of becoming a god, renders the lockseeds useless but no more danger
I'd have phased out the dance teams as a main plot element. They'd be monster fruit gangs from the beginning. Team Gaim would be a former dance team, but it wouldn't be a general trend for all teams.
Yoko would become a female Duke after getting Ryoma's belt.
Micchy would get the infernal fruit thing from Reddue, and it'd be the reason for his boost against Kouta and Kaito, with the side effects only becoming apparent later.
After Kaito's death, Sagara would be the final boss. After being "defeated", it'd turn out that Kouta couldn't kill him, but, rather than just taking care of his planet, he'd actually go after Hellheim in an eternal quest through all world where it attempts to attack hoping to one day find a way to destroy Sagara for real.
Also, the belts wouldn't suddenly start breaking apart in the final arc. Aside from the Invess, both Kouta and Kaito also would have other back up in the final battle (Knuckle & Bravo vs Yoko!Duke, maybe, although I also could see letting some other Rider join team Kaito).
Also, I'd make a random Kurokage grunt join the cast during the overlord resistance. Maybe this Kurokage could be the extra member eventually moving in to fill team Kaito's ranks.
I'd like to have seen Yggdrazil being a more serious threat too. Maybe having one last powerful Rider after they seemingly "fall" suddenly appearing during the last stage. He'd just be quickly destroyed, but it'd add to the sense of uncertainty of it all.
>Sagara is actually defeated
>The fight is actually fair and not all about benefiting Kouta, which would include Sagara giving Yomoysuheguri to Micchy
>flesh out Marika and Sigurd
>Kiwami doesnt exist
>Takatora stays dead
>I havent watched Gaim
Well, yeah, given that you have to present a fight+finisher each episode the plot cant be much heavier.
Although Gaim is literally one of the biggest exceptions the this, so the other anon is retarded.
As much as i'm dissapointed with Ultimate Kuuga being an exclusive, i'm really hoping Amazing Mighty gets a release too. It wouldn't be that hard to make it since they'd only have to make a different piece for the left calf after Rising Mighty and i really feel that the design is pleasing.
say one nice ting about series you don't think too good
Very nice music, Mizuki's best in the entire franchise
He's not the only Gaim person in this.
Hello /krg/, I am new and I am want to into Kamen Rider. I read the guide but I wanted to ask you guys some specifics. I want to eventually watch every single series of Kamen Rider, but is there anything I should avoid at all costs? Should I watch in order or at random? Also how the fuck do I approach the movies and shit also, they're all crossovers and I've only seen Ghost up to episode 14, I don't want to spoil anything but I hear they're important.
>how the fuck do I approach the movies and shit
For the more recent series the openings will change to show movie footage at times. Those are good indications of when to watch the particular movie.
I have two watch orders for you;
Kuuga to Drive, every show in order even the argueably bad ones. And their respective hbv's movies specials and whatever else.
W - OOO - FOURZE - WIZARD -DRIVE - GAIM then reset at Kuuga and move on to decade. Avoid the crossover movies featuring or starring Phase 1 Hesei riders.
I ended up doing the latter when I first watched Kamen Rider. And when I got to those crossover movies it was a real treat seeing the phase 1 and 2 riders interacting; also you end the series by completing the loop and going back to the start which I loved doing.
You can start with the original Kamen Rider and watch in production order if you want, this is a perfectly valid way to do it.
You can start with Kuuga, the first Heisei show, and work your way forward, going back to Showa when you're ready.
You can start with W, the first show to take place in the 2010s and the marker of a huge jump in the overall consistency and quality of Rider.
You will receive many mixed signals about what shows to avoid. The only ones that are nigh-universally accepted as horrible are Kiva and Wizard. Most people have their own list of shows that they consider bad: I tend to rate Kabuto as one of the absolute worst, for instance, while others praise it. If you're in doubt, watch some of it and form your own opinion.
Not all Rider movies are crossovers. Most Rider shows have two movies a year: the first is a crossover with their predecessor, a trend that began with Kiva and is normally released in the winter, while the second is a standalone movie that's released in the summer as a double feature with a half-hour Sentai "movie" that's more like a special episode to warm the audience up, with the Rider film being a proper feature-length production.
Prior to Decade, watch the standalone movie around episode 35. After Decade, watch the standalone movie around episode 12-14 and the crossover movie around episode 35. The exception is Den-O, which has a shitload of movies. One of them ties directly into the plot of the show and thus the show will tell you exactly when you're supposed to go watch it, the rest take place after the show.
I honestly think the second choice you put forth there is the best choice. except for switching around gaim and drive? Why do that........
Anyway I did it that way myself [well it was before wizard was out] I haven't put down rider since.
Because Gaim, out of all the phase 2 shows has the largest scale; shitton of riders, shitton of forms, the entire world is on the line since the begining, the drama and all that just makes it the perfect "finale to phase 2" regardless of it's quality.
But then you wouldn't be able to watch the Movie War at the "right" time.
Yeah that's true, but I'd say it's worth it for the sheer scope of it. Even then that's not even a large issue, personally I prefer it like this since it's like a trip down memory lane in a way.
My momma didn't raise no quitter. But in all seriousness I enjoy Kamen Rider in general so I don't mind sitting through a weaker series to enjoy the mythos.
Plus Tomoko makes my dick rock hard
Those are the same hips Kuuga SS had. Also Ghost and Specter have a new style of pull down hips similar to Rider 3, not the ball hips.
Ghost for comparison. When they aren't pulled down or out the hips are covered partly by the waist section to cover up the gaps in the articulation. Rider 3 did the same thing.
Is there any point to the foodroids? All they do is make annoying sounds, they have ugly designs, and they don't even fit the motif. OOO's candroids at least made sense even if they only used the Hawk
>Don't even fit the motif
It's supposed to be based on high-school and the food droids are supposed to be based on things high schoolers eat.
also the lyrics "eating a burger cause I'm hungry day / my dreams are large sized." are in the OP.
either way they still suck like all gadgets.
Basically just a quick move to the enemy, shitloads of combo kicks Accel Trial style with punches ended with some fancy explosive effect while doing victory pose.
They;re cute little surveillance droids Kengo employs around that can camouflage as school lunches to avoid attention. They aren't that great in combat, but they help out the KRC in their Zodiarts investigations. I also like to think that Kengo and Yuuki designed them together, and that's why they're so silly.
>can camouflage as school lunches to avoid attention.
Even before meeting Gentarou, Kengo designed and built a transforming armored battle robot that he kept at school. He clearly wasn't concerned with keeping a low profile.
Also, no one would look at a piece of metal food with eyes and think it's a normal part of their meal.
okay cool, wasn't sure if I was just making that up or not
Also, you gotta keep a low profile when you're spying on people. But sure, when you're beating up monsters and need to toss them through the stratosphere, you can toss out secrecy along with them.
>Metal hot dog with hinges on the side and a big logo stamped on it
>Yup, this looks normal and appetizing. This is definitely food and not something else.
All the other kids at Amanogawa must be fucking retarded.
>hates the foodroids
>hates the OP
thats cool. I think its pretty silly myself
>hates the handshake
>No Date - No Price
I tried to sing that like in the OP.
Is this Ghost's anime adaptation?
The weeb club at my Uni is big enough in scope to fit some Toku stuff into the schedule, and there's been some interest. What would be the best rider series to start off with for a bunch of people already into anime? I'm looking to draw interest from the very start and maybe omit bad CG until they're used to the cheese and spandex.
Dude I love fourze but that's a horrible idea for first timers who are most likley going to be biased against kamen rider.
Probably Kabuto honestly, or maybe Blade.
When Fourze was starting out which was right after the slew of Gokaiger babbies came to Toku the "It's like a live action anime" line was used a lot. If anything Fourze is a good entry for newbies with anime and weebshit running through their heads.
I love Blade but after years and many series of Kamen Rider I found it hard to get past those initial episodes.
I would never recommend Blade to someone new to the franchise.
>The weeb club at my Uni
>all those bad memories of my highschool anime club
I guarantee the club shithead is going to bitch about it and attempt to shoot you down.
When I think back to that time it's embarrassing. Not only was I an anime watching weeb, I was the black anime watching weeb. I just wanted to copy anime shit, shoot the shit with my buds, and maybe hit on a few dorky white gals but I wasn't prepared for the weirdness of the anime club experience.
The other two "black' kids were so token they made me feel like fucking Ice Cube when I was a Big Steve Urkiel.
This one I'm pretty alright with.
Genesis Driver showed up. Energy Lockseed is a good size, but since I got it secondhand it didn't come with any batteries, so I need to go out and get a handful of LR44 batteries. The belt works with the AAA batteries I have though.
God the LR44's cost like 3 dollars a pop, what the fuck?
>RIDAA HEADO CRUSHAAAAA
they did it the absolute madmen
With the screening party in 1 month, and the sale date coming up in 3 months, we want to start introducing the details of the V-cinema [#drive saga #kamen rider chaser]. This week, we're talking about the significance of the V-cinema's timeline.
[#kamen rider chaser] takes place immediately after episode 40/Surprise Future. It's when Chase has reaffirmed his decision to protect humanity and has started calling Shinnosuke by his first name. On the Roidmudes' side, Brain has been revived from a core and Medic has become determined to achieve ultimate evolution.
The story expands on Chase's "desire to have human feelings", but will also answer a bunch of things, like:
- the reason Proto Drive was created
- why Chase has Kano Kouichi's appearance
- why Chase was smiling in his license photo
When you see the V-cinema, Heart's comment in episode 46,
"he was a warrior I could respect", where he knew of Chase's death, will be all the more heartwrenching. The V-cinema also depicts the ups and downs of Medic's time raising a dog, and it should also clarify Brain's defiance toward Gold Drive.
Look forward to the emotional roller coaster and conflict in the Roidmudes' camp, all revolving around Chase. Also, Professor Banno will make a brief appearance from right after the scene in episode 40 where he implanted a bad program in Mr. Belt. What sort of reaction does Banno have to Drive's avoidance of Mr. Belt's rampage in Surprise Future?
and that's all of them. For now, anyway. It looks like they're going to post new info every week.
May as well be called Drive Saga: The Roidmudes. The movie is looking pretty cool, I'm excited for it.
Shirtless Chase also helps
FRANKENSTEINER FROM THE TOP CRANE!
They got very exhaustive with Den-O figures.
Yeah, that's right, was just going to look myself. SIC is normally good about including form change parts.
Ok guys here we go with part 5 of the SftBISIRH (im lazy yes) and today is Hibiki!
Kakusei won yesterday
A lot of Heisei rider has sure gone untouched by any group besides TVN. I'm holding off on Kuuga since the v3s should be on the way? Did everyone really just watch the TVN versions of most of these? I'm trying to avoid them if I can, but did they do a particularly bad job on any of them?
TV-N didn't even really "do" Kuuga, they stopped halfway
TV-N didn't do Agito, a worse group did
Heat is doing Ryuki under the name Sub-Vent
Faiz is shit so who cares
NDA is supposed to be working on Blade but who knows how that's going
Hibiki is getting subbed by Metronome now
Kabuto has decent-ish subs
Den-O is a lost cause
Kiva is also shit
Decade's got vaguely tolerable TV-N subs without the garish effects for the half that isn't subbed by others
W-Ghost has Over-Time/Aesir.
>tfw no Ryuki eps from Sub-Vent in 3 months
There's no reason to just keep adding more suits. They barely used some of the ones they had already.
Unless you're talking about adding way more characters, none of the excess Riders need more than 2 or 3 forms.
>force the show to be about and to read how they want it to, rather than how its mean to.
Isn't this from the same person who wrote character dialogue to change their personalities?
That's not "inside" memes, that was a choice by the translator which complaining idiots then tried to make into a meme, afterwards.
I'm pretty sure Aesir wanted to do Blu-Rays at some point and was gonna change it, but then Magenta flipped his lid and left.
They wanted to convey what the name of the belt conveyed to the Japanese audience, but to the fansub audience, and people thought that it sounded stupid when you translated it. Well if it sounds stupid in Japanese shouldn't it sound stupid in English too?
What? I was on this board the whole time as this show aired and that never came up. People were just pissed because the translators chose the narrative over consistency with toy names.
Oh. No idea about that then, other than that I remember O-T staff complimenting Magenta about being better at writing character voices for some characters that fit the original better.
You don't know what you're talking about.
The name "Wärring Driver" started out as a joke name before the show premiered. Magenta who at the time was very active on the board wanted to be mr.cool guy and made it an official part of the subs.
Because they had access to the promotional material, and thus knew what the driver was called, and thus they started translation early so they could get the first episode out. What are you on about? Do you really think they decided on "Wärring" before even knowing anything about the belt? It's originally called the "Sengoku" Driver but the "Sengoku" is written with characters different than the ones you'd normally write when referring to the Japanese Warring States Period. If they just called it "Sengoku Driver" that would've made no effort at this distinction for the english-speaking audience, so they threw some flair at it i guess.
Problem was later when the character of Sengoku Ryoma showed up, because most translation people generally don't want to change proper names, but that shit happens when translating a show as it airs without all the details, O-T did something similar with Go-Busters.
That's not the point. The point is the "Wärring" name was a joke made up on this board. And the naming convention thing is a load of shit because Magenta ignored it many times. When he thought he was being clever he would translate the names.
And want to know the difference between Magenta and OT are? They completely fixed the naming in the next installment and then went back and changed other episodes with Version 2s. Magenta was too busy on here tying to win internet fights and getting butthurt to focus on fixing subs.
>tying to win internet fights and getting butthurt to focus on fixing subs
You don't understand, Anon. Someone had to stand up for women in Butcher shows they've never watched before, and who better than Magenta?
They never fixed Go-Busters, and unless it's the episode right prior they've never fixed naming conventions. I don't know what you mean it was made up on the board, I'm pretty sure that Magenta described it or someone random suggested it to him (He got some good ones that way), but that doesn't make it a meme, that just makes it crowdsourced. They did the same with Gokaiger for Telefatsigator/Yatsudenwani. Do you even know what a meme is?
>They never fixed Go-Busters
Well shit I was wrong on that end but.. the Wärring thing was a joke made this board it wasn't meant to be taken as a serious suggestion but like I said Magenta used this board a lot at that time.
>The name "Wärring Driver" started out as a joke name before the show premiered.
I remember this. There were a few more joke names but that one got the most attention.
When we learned that Sengoku was a person's name but the subs kept using Warring is when it got weird.
Yes, for Over-Time. Free Joker's BD rips have corrected the subs. Speaking of Free Joker, where is that guy...
They did it because they didn't wanna v2 13 episodes I guess. I'm pretty sure they said they'd fix it for the batch, but the batch never came.
>Yes, for Over-Time.
you don't get the point.
Magenta doesn't like changing his subs because he has a hard-on for nto being wrong. To the point you have to pronounce Ryoma's name in the English subs as "Ryoma Vairing."
They usually don't change things mid-show, so to keep it consistent they kept it that way. Same with Go-Buster King/Oh. O-T always talks about doing batches with updated subs and whatever but they never get around to it because they are busy doing new stuff.
>They usually don't change things mid-show, so to keep it consistent they kept it that way
Except they have, with OOO, Fourze, and Ghost. Shit that's what pretty much all of their v2s are for.
Would you have preferred a big TL note explaining the situation and suddenly changing it? I don't really give a shit, it's a fansub, shit happens, it's fun. As long as it's not TV-N levels of completely misunderstanding lines and changing the show because of it.
>They did it because they didn't wanna v2 13 episodes I guess.
Naw, Magenta let hubris and ego get the best of him. He was dumb and stay around here too long tripfagging and like anon said getting into internet arguments.
OT translators use to come here and trip when they had releases or wanted feedback but stopped after people started targeting them. They went to twitter where you can easily block trolls and still connect with your audience. Magenta liked being the center of hate and after awhile it drove him to the point where he gave up.
You don't need to have a tl note.
They could have said on the release post on their site "Hey, we messed up. Name of the driver has been corrected now".
It's as simple as that. But you had a stubborn cunt at the helm of the ship, so here we are.
It's a shame, I remember telling him several times to stop wasting time arguing with random anons here, but he kept doing it. So yeah I guess he's a moron for feeding the trolls.
I dunno, that'd still be weird for the people who just download the file via Nyaa or elsewhere and don't read the release posts. I guess it could go either way but I'd rather have consistency, especially something as tangled as Kamen Rider.
That's the sad part, people laugh when I say it but Magenta wasn't a bad guy when he first started out as a trip. He was nice and informative about translations but after awhile he wanted to be one of the cool kids and it went down hill.
That's one way of looking at it I suppose. I just assume that he felt so right in his cause that he wanted to defend it, but you have to be stupid to try and win an argument on the internet. You'd better just write your stance and opinion on your release blog and then leave it there. Offer explanation on questions maybe, but don't kid yourself in thinking you can convince someone.
People seem to give tripfags a lot of shit but I guess it's because it's easy to aim you disdain at an individual, compared to saying "fuck anons", which would include yourself if you were to be an anon.
Naw, NihonNeon was a real shit a long while ago but he's mellowed out.
The problem with Magenta was he came here on a few occasions and asked for feedback. And when he was told by the majority of the board his naming of certain things he would get butthurt and ignore everyone.
Like the Warring thing was panned by everyone as you see in >>13779072
right in the beginning. He could have easily changed it but ignored.
It was a dead baby joke about one of our heroes dead babies. And it was like the day of the news. He could have waited but noooo.
Anyway NihonNeon did his dirt and has dialed it down.
Oh a specific baby. Meh.
Nigga it was Joe Odagiri (Kamen RIder Kuuga)'s kid. Say all you fucking want about any other Rider, pretty much any other one except maybe Shouichi has been a dick or uncaring at least once. Fucking Godai was one of the few consistently dedicated and forcibly punished for it Riders of the Heisei era. He at least deserves the respect of not having this dead fucking son used for a joke by a bunch of gaijin neckbeards the day of the fucking death.
Yeah I get it..
That doesn't answer my question. Would you like it if someone made jokes about your dead kid the same day he dies? If it's so fucking inconsequential, then your answer should be just as simple.
Have you noticed one teensy, tiny, insignificant little thing? No? Well here it is...NO ONE WAS TALKING ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU BROUGHT IT UP!
So in the grand scheme of things I get to point at you post and say "What a silly bugger."
>Only watches Kamen Rider for the fights
>Complains about people who happen to lack ADD giving a shit about the characters and their actors
YOu know, DeviantArt has a lot of folk like you. You should go there instead of here.
You do know that more than one person is replying to you, right?
And to answer your question; Yes I would be upset, but I wouldn't harp on about it, especially on 4chan of all places.
everyone posting here in the last hour are upset.
Very entertaining. Continue for my amusement.
Even though subs aren't out yet, i still have a few questions?
>Why does the movie have this washed out filter?
>Why would Shinnosuke even use Type-Tridoron? Did he know that Belt-san had a virus
>Why couldn't Shinnosuke use Chase's signal bike?
>Why is Kiriko so fucking annoying?
This place is getting weird, last 3 generals have been full of screaming meta-arguments and shitposts. Let's all follow Shotaro's example here.
>Why does the movie have this washed out filter?
Sanjo movies just have that. A to Z had it as well.
>Why would Shinnosuke even use Type-Tridoron? Did he know that Belt-san had a virus
Obviously not, and Type Tridoron is still his strongest form hands down.
>Why couldn't Shinnosuke use Chase's signal bike?
It's incompatible with humans who lack Chase's mindset. Shinnosuke's primary mindset is sheer justice with protection as an afterthought, Chase's main emotion can be summed up as "Love for mankind and a need to protect it."
>Why is Kiriko so fucking annoying?
Why do birds fly? Why does grass grow? Because that's just how it is.
Because he didn't, Paradox did a lot of crazy shit with help of Banno.
Inoue (Decade) is legit amazing.
Would've been funnier if he kicked Sano (Gaim) in the head though.
Let's talk about why triangles are the best.
Pythagoras is all you need, man.
I don't think anyone knew about Banno's virus, least of all Belt-San.
>>Why does the movie have this washed out filter?
Doesn't every rider movie has a different way it was shot? Like different lighting and such? I just got used to it after a while. To be honest some of them look good like that.
Do Triforces count as triangles?
The mark on Decade's chest is an "X," signifying 10. Kuuga's name is a bastardized version of KUwaGAta
Burning Agito -> Shining Agito/Burning Gundam -> Shining Gundam
Kamen Rider Knight has eyes in his helmet, and his crusher jaw, Ryuki's visor, and Zolda's antennae and color make the original Kamen Rider helmet design
Inui and the dude that was Delta mainly and wasn't the Dragon Orphnoch have a Phi necklace and a Delta necklace respectively. Also Inui = Wolf/dog.
The four main Riders of Blade all portray roles similar to the four major knights of the Round Table
Hibiki's fire is his hibiKi
Kabuto has blue eyes and one horn, a color and head-feature akin to the calm Blue Oni. Gatack has red eyes and two horns, a color and head-feature akin to the hotheaded and passionate Red Oni.
Gaoh is the Fang King, Den-O is the Train King
Zeronos's forms other than Zero FOrm are named after stars
Kiva means "King of Vampires" and is meant to sound like "Kiba," which is fang
Shotaro's Gaia Memories are the techniques, Phillip's Gaia Memories are the powers, meaning Shotaro Hidari (Left) is meant to be the Rider 1 of Technique, and Phillip (Raito) is the Rider 2 of Power. Their forms are also based on previous RIders, like LunaTrigger being a gun/grapple form, akin to RIderman's rope arm/gun arm, and has a similar color scheme. HeatMetal is supposed to be Kamen RIder X.
Accel is Kamen RIder V3. THere's a lot I'd have to go into but it's obvious if you watched the show.
Ankh was so accurate with his Medal tosses because he has the eyesight of a Hawk, since his Head Medal is the Taka (Hawk) Medal
Fourze's forms are all based on what kids want to be when they grow up
Wizard's hidden motif is overcoming the fear of commitment and marriage
Kouta is Nobunaga in more than just aesthetics
Kamen Rider Knight has eyes in his helmet
Bullshi- HOLY FUCK
Quints of death, I like you but must disagree. That thread was fun as fuck.
I don't particularly wan Specter to get a standard weapon like a big sword or a cannon, because those two are pretty overdone in Rider, and Takeru probably has those covered. Rather, I like him getting weird shit like arm shotguns, a huge "kama", and soon a magical hoverboard. That's also why I'm excited to see what Hijack Specter is going to bring to the table.
Yeah, equilaterals can come too, I guess.
Shakespeare has a jingle in the Ghost Driver.
HeatMetal is supposed to be Kamen RIder X.
Accel is V3
Anyone have Aesir's typeset scripts for OOO 22-31? They aren't at http://aesir.tokusatsu.tv.
Chiggity check it:
>Lost his family to the organization he seeks to fight
>Sought out the original Riders of the area with the goal of taking their place
>Has a broad amount of skills as just himself, featuring elemental buffs for his Engine Blade including lightning and ice (Just like two of V3's secret techniques) and has a light tire motif
>Can fucking fly
>Ryu Terui looks facially similar to Kazami Shiro, just a wider jaw and smaller chin
>Main ally for quite some time is a very cynical and grim scientist who affiliated with the same evil organization he fights, but left them after a gruesome accident
Maybe the Braveheart Eyecon comes with four attachments for the Gan Gun Hand, why I here you ask?
>"Braveheart, we need your help, we need your help and your lethal weapons."
>"Would that be lethal weapon 1, 2, 3 or 4?"
But what about aesthetically like the other W comparisons?
I wouldn't be surprised to hear a joke like that in Yo-kai Watch, although I guess me watching YW at all would be a surprise in it of itself.
ehhh... that's a stretch... but I'll give it to you anyway, since none of this really matters.
>The four main Riders of Blade all portray roles similar to the four major knights of the Round Table
As an Arthurian buff, I'm not entirely sure on this one. I could see Tachibana equated with Kay and Kenzaki maybe with Arthur, but Mutsuki and Hajime just don't work for Gawain and Lancelot (who I assume are the other two "main knights" due to their prominence in the legends - even though Lancelot was actually a later addition, but I digress).
Kenzaki's actually your Arthur figure, being a flawed but still the damn closest you'll get to "Good."
Tachibana is Lancelot, a conflicted and tragic fighter who gets fucked over because of his love for a woman.
Hajime is Mordred, a black knight connected two and an adversary to Arthur, and results in his
Mutsuki is the shit that Arthur's horse stepped in once.
No seriously,what the fuck?
Eh, it's making me laugh, so whatever
