You are correct, it is not a spectrum, intersex do not lie between male and female, all the different intersex conditions are *distinct* from male, female or from other intersex conditions
So sex is more like a very complicated mechanism with two 'usual settings' and many 'unusual settings' (all of which are distinct from each other, NOT on a spectrum)

Well at 30+ it mostly depends on your genetics and what you did in your 20s to stop the effects of aging. Like if you let your hair fall out and and have bad MPB obviously you're not going to be cute anymore. I've seen gay guys trying to be cute with mpb, scruffy stubbly beards, and wrinkles and it's cringey.

Can I get any stories from people who have had FFS and how they feel about their results?
I've heard from someone that FFS only works on a very small number of face types and won't do much for most transwomen, is this true?
Are there certain better known surgeons who are waaay better for FFS than others?

I don't have any of the following stereotypical mannerisms of a transitioning or gay guy but I still feel disphoric

I do feel kind of disconnected from gay guys and mtf's as well. But at the same time I just don't really care.
All the gay guys I know are pretty effeminate and it's going to drive me insane if I hear "ooooo gurl why can't you just dress up and work it, be yourself guuuurrllll" one more time. I've only ever met a few other transgirls and they were kind of annoying so I don't hangout with them.
Normies are just annoying. Being introverted by itself is already enough to alienate you from the majority of society though.
