Wrote that with a friend some time ago. Never finished it.

The GUI work-ish, but I prefer editing the files manually. It's really simple and does not have any automatic tiling, that is a plus for me: just put the window where you want it once you open it, drag it around freely etc etc.

There are some instructions on the files itself.

Isn't much I can rice. I cleared the ugly cortana/desktop/search icons from my taskbar, turned auto hide on for my task bar, and my desktop is solid black because i only use this particular machine at night and its dark in my room so the colors and whites hurt my eyes.
