People are quite bitchy about it not being with Taco and Perlman. Taco did great costume and set design, choreography, but at the same time it wasn't a real Hellboy movie. Harbour looks like a perfect fit for Hellboy, and the new director is a big risk.

Chiming in to say that while I understand the disappointment of del toro fans, I'm way more excited for the reboot than I would have been for a sequel. DT Hellboy was kind of its own thing. Rise of the Blood Queen, written by Mignola? I'm impossibly hype
