Saw a page of it in the fisting thread and tracked it all down.
Very interesting tale.
Apparently a hotshot cop pissed off the crime boss of a white slave ring, gets captured, trained, and winds up his knob-gobbling pet.

Then again, I may be wrong.
The 2 flunkies might be talking about what happens to guys like him, and then they call the boss letting him know they got the package and are on their way.
And as you can see, the boss is tending to his current merchandise. I thought the cop was the guy in the middle of the cell suspended, but it can't be because that slave already has nipple rings.
Won't really know for sure though until it's all translated.

well if that's a real uniform any artists who drew on the same source and made a traditional male character with a squared diamond chin and short brown hair would end up at about the same design, and Disney isn't exactly an underground style

The character is definitely Wicked inspired. It's clear the artist of this story got the idea for him from this other person's art.
