There's only two main types of people who watch All Out.
>people who like rugby
>people who want to fuck big muscular butts
And then there's a couple fujos, but they seem to be the vast minority. Given that, I'm not surprised that there's this much porn despite there not being much fanart overall. It'd be nice if someone did a set of Dieux du Stade-style cheesecake pinups.

I think the fujo following is a result of the sports anime phenomenon. There was Prince of tennis, then Free, then Kuroko, then Haikyuu, the cycling one, Cheer Danshi and then Yuri on Ice and All out in the same season. They started out innocently back in the day when people actually cared about the sport but then realised the fan following and has started churning 'em out, making it gayer each time, because they know that the fujoshis will devour it no matter the subject aslong as there are hot dudes disregarding each others personal space.

Note I said "vast minority." As far as I can tell, even the sports fujos (Western and Eastern) aren't watching All Out in the numbers you'd expect. They were too busy with YoI and Haikyuu in the same season and too averse to the character designs to pick it up now that season's over. Every fujo I've talked to about it has consistently said they hated the character designs and that there are better shows they could be watching, like Haikyuu. That's why there's fuckall in terms of 'typical' fan content and why I said there's only two types of AO fans: people who actually like rugby and degenerate homos who would gladly watch a mediocre show because it has a couple big, beefy dudes in it and a subject matter they can appreciate on a surface level.

It doesn't help that the pacing's a mess and there's only 3-5 okay characters depending on who you ask.

I was simply explaining the reason there would be any fujoshis. Not saying they all hopped on All out's dick, just that the chances of them are made more likely by the fact it is aligned with a current trend.
On the note of characters I think kuroko no basuke looks gross but they seem to eat that show up so I dunno what they do and don't like half the time~
