Well let's start out with the composition. The spacing between the characters was well thought out, very composed, and it does't feel like the two characters are too close together. Although there is no color, I definitely appreciate that you changed the color of the "non human (?)" .

Background, there's no background, so judging this as a sketch, the foreground, the literal ground detail (grass, stones, stump) is very appreciated and adds a little more flare to your drawing. As a finished, whole piece, I would say that the background and foreground are standing very flat, considering there is no color, and the piece could definitely be pushed a little more to completion. Regurdless, I see you have an understanding that the foreground is a vital point in a piece, so that the viewer has an understanding of where this is taking place.

Now, to the actual characters;
My, you have a really nice style when it comes to drawing humans/ hybrid humans. You certainly differentiate yourself to other /y/ artists as I can immediately tell what piece is yours, and which is not. Way to go with that :)

Although, there are a few anatomical problems, as they are a bit reoccurring when it comes to some of your human drawings. Although this may be a part of your style, I think the way you draw your feet is a bit on the massive side. Now, I've seen artists do this, for aesthetics purpose, but your art style seems to be a bit leaning more towards realistic humans, so I would probably just take this as a tip. Another thing I have to point out is that the lower leg on the human is short compared to the thighs, easy repair. The human's left lower leg is awkwardly short in comparison to the right counterpart. Most would say it wouldn't matter since the monster's artm is covering it, but if you sketch out the leg without the hand grabbing it, it'd seem a tad bit too short, especially when competing with the massive foot.
