I'm not sure about the Toranoana Edition, but the Regular only has the first game, Double has the first and second game, and Download is downloadable. If you plan to get the game wait until it's released in English, they announced it will be released sooner or later uncensored and will have at least the original and sequel, they made add in the prequel as well.
