If you want to make it look like he's lying down, make sure that the lines of his chest curve as if they're being resembled from below. I tried to go over your drawing by just kind of defining the forms of his body, like they're just simple shapes.
Also, make sure to keep a consistent light source and shade from there. Since this is still a sketch, line quality doesn't have to be great, but having smooth, non-"hairy"/jaggedy lines will make the art look a lot better too!

I was wondering if I could request A picture of two main characters from a webcomic I plan on making. Satan and George. Nah, it's all good - I was just starting up photoshop to work on it some more when I saw your comments. The screenshot is full resolution.
He's not one of my own characters, but I do have a thing for gingers.
As for brushes, hard round airbrush all the way, no layer adjustments like overlay/ multiply unless I'm working with lineart. I do toggle the flow and opacity throughout. I don't really use any other brushes; I imagine that once I have all my basics down and don't have to spend a ton of time making minor adjustments that I'll start making my own custom brushes, but for now I'm happy to carve out a painting with just the hard round.

Off the top of my head, it's awkward for people to kiss in that way, if you looked up "people kissing" on google images you'll see that in all of them their noses will overlap one another's.
I'm having a real hard time seeing where they are. I mean that by how they are in that position. Is Marco's leg resting on something? Where are they sitting? How are Marco’s legs in that position? If he were sitting on top of Cat Noir his legs would have to be parted in a v-shape around Cat Noir’s waist, but you picture looks like they would be straight ahead and thus phasing through his body.
I’m also not sure how Cat would be penetrating Marco like that. I know that arched backs are sexy, but if they are both arcing their buts away from each other than the dick would be missing its target, or have only the very tip in. I recommend fully drawing out the figures before making your final lines. Draw where their dicks and anuses should be so you can see if it makes sense.
Cat’s head is…not very good. It’s very oval shaped with very odd facial proportions. Something that always helps with proportions is the idea that the hair line, brow, bottom of nose, and bottom of jaw are all equal lengths away from each other. Now it’s fine to discard that rule with stylized art, but you should keep it in mind. Neither of them have very defined lips, so their mouths look like blobs. Cat’s ears are drawn as if he was shown in a 3 quarters view instead of profile.
Some small stuff: Cat’s thumb is drawn as if it was a wrapping finger. Marco’s right shoulder is disconnecting from his body. Shading isn’t perfect, but is a good try!
