Honestly people suspected these ages for a while and were starting wank over it preemptively. Funnily enough we didn't get much in the way of ship wars for any of the other parts even with the anime. It's only for Josuke/Okuyasu vs Josuke/Jotaro vs Josuke/Rohan (the former going after the latter for being pedo and/or incestuous).
