Like the anon above said, ears are missing. Also the shading looks really flat. I'd suggest not using black when shading, just go with dark red or something. I think the colors are the main problem here. Otherwise it's pretty good

this. That was my problem when I started. Always hid the hands when I started because I just couldn't draw them for shit. But you don't learn to draw them by avoiding drawing them.
