Long time lurker, first time poster.
So a while ago, earlier this year(february or march) I was lurkin' here and I found a great thread. I am rather sure, it was about magick for beginners and anons mentioned some great books to start.
I remember reading one, i think it was scanned in and in pdf format. There were some great teachings about breathing and meditation and raising your energy, which really did the trick for me. Also something about seeing the energies in dim light like the static of an old television. And seeing all those orbs and figures and lights with your eyes closed.
I don't know if that helps, but I really want to read that book again, since it really made so much sense to me, and it really seemed to work.
