That's really not how it works. You can talk to plenty of Masons (including 33rds) who will gladly deride Hall as a total hack. Unfortunately, it's really just up to individual lodges as to who they let in. MPH is pretty respected for occult work, but it's important to know that he never wrote anything Masonic after being made a Mason.
