Hey /x/ have you got any ways to quickly fall asleep?
When I try to, my mind dumps a whole lot of garbage at me.

If The Kybalion is to be believed, then maybe I should just mentally transmute my vibrations to go to sleep?

Try Rescue Remedy melatonin gummies. You can find them on amazon.
Rescue Remedy is great for anxiety, the melatonin is great for sleep. (FYI the dose they recommend is two gummies, 5mg, I find that to be a bit strong so I just take one).
Bonus, it can give you vivid and trippy dreams.

slow deep breathing
I'm sitting here listening to pop-punk and drinking cheap beer and I will do so until I'm too exhausted to stay awake. That's how I deal with it.
