Sorry, I don't know. I just recall a few years ago coming across a couple articles explaining how Tesla figured out a way to harness energy, so everyone would have free energy and that is why he was killed. The articles then led to HAARP, saying how a lot of how HAARP was created was based on information in Tesla's papers. That is all I recall. And they were not very scientific or detailed papers and I never did further research.
