Btw, this is THE big deal everyone is worrying about and the reason everyone is acting crazy (the rapture), on a spiritual level (almost) everyone can sense that something is off, which is what's causing the "distress of nations"

Everyday until then you should eat two or three meals a day, get a bit of exercise, sleep 7-9 hours, socialize with friends or family, and try to do something you enjoy such as a hobby or sexual activity.
