I know this isn't strictly paranormal, but this still seemed like the only real board to post this on, and some people consider elements of hypnosis to be paranormal, so feel free to ban me mods if it isn't to your liking. If tulpa threads are allowed I don't see why not.
Anyway, I listened to some hypnosis shit on youtube, and after initially thinking it to be bullshit, they started working in some ways. Just silly little ones, like "forgetting your name" or imagining yourself to be in another world. It's good shit if you can get it to work for you. Unfortunately, most of the ones on youtube seem to either be fetish bs or are just really bad quality, which don't work. So I was wondering if any /x/ anons had any good links to some free self hypnosis resources. I don't really care what the supposed effect is, as long as they are effective.
Also, whilst I'm not interested in hypnotizing others (since it seems they must be willing), links to resources teaching how to hypnotize are fine also, in case any other anons want this.

Since I was into how to manipulate by use of hypnosis:
You can tell someone 1 hour, as well as 4 hours after one fell asleep things, as if they were in hypnosis. And tell them what to do and what to think. You simply go in their room, and start whispering. DO NOT call them by their name, as this wakes them up. Just whisper: "keep calm, keep sleeping, all is fine".
You can make someone else kill another by use of hypnosis, as Derren Brown has proven. I do know the formulas; yet I have never used them on someone else, nor would I share them here.

Dude, the longer I thought about the demonstrations on his show the more I thought about how it's a show. With viewership as its priority. In a country that is totally devoid of virtue and authenticity. By a guy who is allegedly ripping off people through manipulation, tricks, and lies.
Darren brown might just be a performer and his show might not be entirely legit.
Again, this is what I conclude after having seen it over the passed 8 years and put a lot of thought effort and consideration into its propositions.
