The original footage has been DMCA'd by some vaguely named group. The actual original footage was, oddly enough, not viewable by YouTube users outside Mexico 24 hours after it was uploaded. It was like one of those region restrictions you see on music videos from Sony Japan. I used a VPN to try to work around the region lock and the footage is legit weird. I've shown it to a few friends and my uncle who is a seismologist and he couldn't explain it either. What's more, my father, who works in the Air Force seemed rattled and uncomfortable when I showed him the video and he told me to stop sharing it and to clear the browser history. He didn't even say anything else after that, he just walked out of the room. If I recall there was another uploader with similar footage but I can't seem to find the video right now. I've gone through my youtube history and the video isn't appearing, which is sketchy. It may have been taken down or unlisted. I know facebook works with governments to hide content or shadowban users but this would be the first time I've considered possible collusion between youtube and foreign governments.
