Pic unrelated
So my family is muslim and a few weeks ago we went to to Turkey to visit grandma, my aunts, my grandaunts, cousins, grandcousins etc.
While I was there, I heard my mother talking about one of her gazillion uncles.
Apparently that uncle learned something similiar to potion brewing from his own grandparents and practiced it into perfection. Some of his potions supposedly worked on himself according to him. He also went to the cemetery alot and would talk about corpse tissue, bones and that in witchcraft they were used as ingredients.
Anyway, my mother apparently had some problems with her family when she was in her 20ies and she was near this uncle. He told her to go to the kitchen to grab some sugar for the tea that the both were drinking.
After my mother returned, her tea was slightly lighter coloured and she got nervous. She said she'll pour herself a new tea, but her uncle quickly grabbed her tea, ran outside without a word, and disposed of it. He put the tea cup back in the kitchen after thoroughly cleaning it and said everything was fine.
When he eventually went to the toilet, my mother inspected the cup in the kitchen and found something like small crushed boneparts in it. It also had a little bit of some sticky yellow substance that smelled like acid.
So what I wanna ask here is:
-Do any of you have knowledge in potion brewing and what that bone tea could have done?
-Can I learn how to make potions without human bones?
-Your thoughts on this?

Am interested in this. It is much lesser known about but middle eastern witch craft is out there, just very secretive.
