I was trying to figure out the real history of the world, not (((their))) history. I was studying the gnostic texts as well as using prayer and meditation. I jotted down a couple notes of events that may or may not have happened. I got hungry and decided to head to my kitchen. Suddenly, I saw for a few seconds a figure in the dark outlined in blue. I was frightened at first but at the same time I felt a strange brotherly connection to him. It felt like this spiritual creature and my own soul were projections from the same source. He didn't seem happy, but I could tell he wasn't angry at me. He seemed like he went through some times. Suddenly, he disappeared, so I went and grabbed some food. To this day, I'm still not sure what he was. Can anyone help me with this?

You're lucky
The only ones that visit me always want to hurt or scare me. Blue and black is good, red and black is bad. Im not sure what they are and that color thing is the only thing that i can really confirm about them, other than that i assume they inhabit the same world as us but on a different layer, if that makes any sense. Only a few people can see them but never when we want to, for me its always at night on days where i don't think about them or nearly forget them. They might be spirits aimlessly wandering, or something else entirely.
