Hello all , I am from Myanmar.
We are the first country who rediscovered Vipassna meditation , which is easiest and fastest way to gain enlightenment. Myanmar rediscovered vipassana meditation for about only 130 years ago , but now our religion is in biggest threat from Muslim terrorists.

We are fighting back terrorists but with international pressuring , and staying at the terrorist side We are not sure we will even exist in next 50 years.

So i am sharing what i had taught and had actually praticed to reach enlightenment within 15 days of such practice. There is only one vipassna school , in Myanmar that can teach way to reach enlightenment within 15 days ( 7 hr a day meditation , for 15 days) .

You will experience changes within first 5 hours.
So at first here we:

First one hour meditation :

Focus on Breathing only .
Anapanasati

> You are allowed to move a bit if it become stressing and aching.

What do you notice?
If your mind become still , and can sit without moving till 1 hour end, you are good to progress to next stage.


the 2nd hour :

the third hour is when thing started interesting for me.

The third hour:

Your mind become Still and then , vision are coming in. Follow your vision , watch them.

For me The first vision was :

Starting from the foot , my leg become bones , it like see through my leg flesh and bones by layer and layers , I was then afraid.
Then , the second vision comes , it is a Funeral , with exact date , of my Brother in low , who is not dead yet , with his name written infront .
I was so scared that i want to go run and call his mother. But i continue to sit.

Yes , that exactly. I can explain in detail , but i am not allowed to. Because saying that : for real practitioners , mind will play tricks and it can cause fake enlightement.

You will see vision , objects , things in your mind.

White light: Turn it into Yellow
Yello Light , Turn it into Green.

What really shocked me is , in 2nd day of meditation , The light i see is so bright that i cant find any logical explanation. I shut down every possible light source and if i close my eyes while meditation it acutally so bright that it even bring tears to my eye.

You will reach to that point , and when you look into that light , you will see things , strange thing.

Train your mind to increase the brightness : > May that be Brighten

Vipassna goal is not astral projection but as a side effect , it happens.

Once , i was sitting at meditation center , but in my mind i arrived to my home , at the dining table, i see my parents talking and dogs etc.

Soon after meditation i called home and ask them what i heard , they were confused.

From 10th to 14th hour.

When your mind grows sttronger and more still ,
When you can change colors of thing you see at your will
When you can increase and decrese the colors of things you see in mind as you will
> Start moving things you see in vision
> Up , Down , Further away from you , closer to you.
> Put it into your palm

You will see the amazing power of mind and you will start building confidence.

Also as bonus , try to change shape of objects
> From round to Elliptical , to square , from one object to another object.

If you reach to the point , you are ready to move to Vipassana , even if you don't want to move there , Master force to move.
Because at this point , Practitioners become so pleasurable at Samahta meditation and become lustful and greedy on Mental powers . To avoid that greedy we stop , and move to vipassana meditation.

For astral projection and stuff , keep that 14 hr practice keep practicing that.

But if your goal is enlightenment (end of suffering , end of anger , end of misery) , you have to stop there and move to next technique.

Thats mean you are already on right path.
It is call "Binga Nyan" : it is 4th stage in the path to Enlightement.

You are now fear of formations , you are now fear of being, you know there is suffering because of you are a being.

You are on 5th stage of 18 stages to enlightenemnt.

It is true , those who pracice a lot of Samahta meditation reach to a point that Masters cannot save , and send back because it is not possible in 15 days due to very deep samahta (mind power) meditations and so attached to it. I have seen practitioners send back because of that.

Cont , now we are moving to Vipassana Pay attension , now it is more difficult and things gonna be changed rapidly.
From hour to hour of meditation , you will see things , feel things, your body will test you , your mind will test you . How it will be tested is what you have to Discovered. The journey will be tiresome , but there is a goal , the point which we always wanted but we never know.

Now , you will see things as usual but different from before is.

You will start experience strangeness.
