Okay so I have confirmed for myself every time I don't go to bed by 4am I am at risk of sleep paralysis but is that normal? Like when I try going to bed (I sleep quickly) I feel a sensation as if someone is on floating on top of me and it's like heavy pressure all over my body and I don't feel right. I've gotten used to it not to open my eyes when this happens because I know when I do open my eyes I see hallucinations that make me want to scream.
But this shouldn't happen every single time I go without ample sleep, right? Does anyone else experience this>?
I got lot of cases of sleep paralysis, when I was 18-25 years old. I couldn't even open my eyes, when those happened tho. Changing my sleep patterns affected a lot of this. Didn't get them every week tho. If you get them a lot, you should propably check your brain for tumors. Some meds might cause sleep paralysis tho.
I get it happening to me some what frequently.
It's not really normal but not exactly uncommon for certain people either.
I get red hallucinations as I am finally successful in breaking out of it.
What do you see?

Oh I hope I don't have any tumors...not on any meds. I recently been taking supplements but I've had this happening for a long time.

90% of the time it looks like a tv static above myself but like black lines shaking rapidly. Almost feels like a hand will come out at any moment. The other 10% would be a man standing there in a cloak then walking to the door or the face of a woman but it's a shadow. I haven't seen the shadow man since I was a kid and the lady once this year.

Something is trying to pierce the veil and get to you. Not good anon.
