It's in paleo Hebrew script, also called Phonecian, the alphabet used by the Jews before the modern square script was developed.
It's the middle script in pic related.

So, if the order of the two pictures is correct, the translation I got was:

"Let him be like the God of all the children of Judah, and of the people of Israel,
