Yes it's real, yes you can do it. Some people take to it like a duck to water, others struggle like a recovering junkie in a crackhouse. Simpler the technique the easier, and not all techniques work with every body. Some can't visualize very well, others can't handle the vibrations. Tough as shit to do sometimes, also probably not worth it. No real secrets there, just a kind of simulation of being a ghost.

i personally had alot of experiences with it. usually its tied to who you center yourself around with or think about alot, so depending on how intuned your "wifi network" is, you can get very short periods of vivid results lasting maybe 2 seconds.

at the time i had facebook and when i woke up it was around 10:30am. checked to see a facebook post on my "friend" talking about how he woke up suddenly". same with a girl who posted a similar subject at the same time. I linked the two together fucking all the time. I was really interested in the girl for years, but she is the towns bike. so i guess that is what drew me into that area.
around that time i kinda knew what was going on about remote viewing and was used to the notifications.
