You know those Buddhist monks that train all their lives meditating? Well that's a piece of it. DMT occurs naturally in your mind, and being able to tap into it with your physical body exclusively is a tremendous and difficult goal! very interesting take. But as usual, there is the question, who is right? Which "side" of the argument is the "right" one? I've already had a number of experiences with different psychs and interpret them in different ways. IMO it is up to one to filter and discern the information/experience with their own discretion. Most of my experiences were positive and I came out on the other end better able to understand/deal with fellow man and his/her shortcomings/misunderstandings.
