It depends what you mean by exist.
There is a whole philosophical field of study called metaphysics that goes into what is real and what isn't.
Basically if you are talking about a place that does not physically exist in the universe than yes you can.
If you are talking about a place that just does not exist at all period then no since no such place exists.
By merely having thought of the place that you are trying to go you have made it exist in some facet. If you just ask to go somewhere that doesn't exist as soon as you arrive it does as you will have thoughts of it. So really it depends what you mean by exist.
