I've been a lurker for years and have been to multiple sites about paranormal stuff.
What i'm looking for is to successfully lucid dream, astral projection all the stuff in that category whenever I want to.
I usually rest and think about nothing (meditation) for a few hours a night about 3 times a month. There was a time where I did it about 15 times in a month and actually had a lucid dream.
(So I know that lucid dreaming is no joke)
My sleep schedule is usually 3am - 12pm, I listen to binaurial beats (Which are soothing when playing games)s.
Essentially I'm looking for enlightenment. So tell me /x/ how do I do the do? How have you done the do?
Enlighten me.
