Race relations have become more tense than ever, beginning with the election of President Barack Obama. In 2009 Barack Obama developed the Californian Palisade Initiative to unite the American people. To our knowledge, this was with the best of intentions. The premise was this:
The United States would be stronger as a nation. The feelings of unity and belonging would strengthen us in the face of any real threats or a third World War (with the middle-east). A North Korean secret treaty was established as a false threat to unite us, and a false military engagement was scheduled to take place which never happened; the treaty had little to no effect on the American people, and due to the expiration of the treaty (Hillary Clinton not elected President) North Korea felt they were not being taken seriously.
