One could assume that based on this card, things have been quite calm for you in the past. The middle card [present] shows a warrior; at risk of seeming generic, you may be going through something difficult, whether you have personal enemies or feel generally as if you're at battle. The final card [future] envisions the path you are currently on. You see a pained creature looked upon by tormenting faces. Perhaps your current path isn't effective, and you risk being in a situation where you feel hurt or trapped.

Again, I don't know the first thing about either of them, but this is how I would interpret it.
