offer advice or ask questions in relation to lucid dreaming
Im having trouble setting up dream landscapes. I can picture the places in my head I want to visit and explore, but cant make them come to fruition. The dream either starts in some place else or I try to change the environment and I wake up
I wanna have a dream where i'm fucking Jennifer Lawrence, how do I achieve it? Note: I have a problem where I can't control my dreams, like I can't wake myself up in a dream or realize i'm dreaming.
watch a lot of videos or read a lot about the subject you want.
I get pretty reliable lucid dreams if I ask God for some, also if I wake up and write down + understand the previous dream I usually get rewarded with lucidity.
My dreams are always surreal mixtures of places from my childhood, which makes them blur together and easier to forget, especially when I depend on an alarm.
Any tips on just to have more diverse dreams would be great, and how to remember them clearly... unless someone wants to explain why I'm stuck visiting the same places in different context.
i don't dream
i dont sleep
I lucid dream quite a bit. The easiest way for me to control what I want and where I want to go, I learned from my high school Psych professor. He told me once I realize I'm lucid, to close my eyes in my dream and think of what I want to happen or where I want to go, when you open your eyes(in dream) it will be. It works about 90% of the time. The other 10% i just continue dreaming.

Do you meditate on the landscape during the day? As in not right before bed? Just sit and envision it for a good 20 or 30 minutes?
