Pull out a fucking telescope sometime. Aliens in the way that humans perceive them in modern culture is silly to say the least. Aliens may be among us right now - but we wouldn't see them or notice them. It's all about planes of existence, in terms of dimensions. However, we as humans can only perceive and understand what we are given. There are so many things that can be see aided by various bits of technology, but ultimately there are still things out there we don't know of or understand and never will.

Now, is there life outside of our solar system? I'm willing to bet so. The infinite galaxies beyond us, or even the infinite planets within our own galaxy could potentially host life.

The thing is, we could also be the aliens, only we are younger. There could have been other life on Earth, or Mars could have had life on it millions or even billions of years ago. We can never prove one way or another.
