I haven't said demons are bad. if you can accept them, your thinking will be clearer, but it is a scary sort of thing. safe way is something like meditation or church.

I like to go for bike rides in the dark, and then to sit in silence away from the city lights.
I've clocked more dark hours than most people. I haven't seen any demons around yet.
