I have tried to google it or look in pdf to see it, but didn't found any information.
They speak few things about double fate lines, but nothing about triple lines though

the 2 left of my fate lines distort like you posted and form a temporary line (not apreciable in pic) also they start indepently.
My other fate line starts in the life line and finishes where the other lines distort

huh, sounds like it indicates more than one main interest, or career path sort of a deal, with some kind of change that ocurrs with focus shifting to one , and then another shift back to two separate.
