Not OP, but I'm in a similar state. Problem is a year ago I was in deep shit, then instead of running away, I turned into the shadow, brought one of the lost fragments back into the light, splayed the dragon, got the treasure, burnt the boats, etc. I took massive action and got massive results, I was confident, engaged, and had finally found the path to spiral upwards.
