1. LSD is incredibly potent but also very fragile. Oxygen, moisture, heat, just about everything causes it to degrade to uselessness. Also it would still take about 700 Kg of pure LSD to dose the whole planet.

For example if you take LSD every day, after about 10 days it will have NO EFFECT on you anymore. With an ISA I would be more concerned with heart damage.
