For a long time now I have had resurgences of a certain memory.
As it stands right now the memory is of a conversation or something of the sort. But its extremely rapid and can't be understood.
All I know is that it is extremely jarring when it happens as well as causes me to freak out and fills me with terror.
Does anyone else have memories like this that fill you with dread. But without knowing the reason why.
If anyone knows what this is please enlighten me

I feel as though there are some "situations" or memories that we have embedded in us that can take over our conscious mind from our subconscious if we aren't careful. They are memories of helplessness usually and sometimes they can make you filled with wonder and terror. It's like there's this mental block and if you could only reach past the block you could swim in a sea of memory. Things like hospitals really coax these kinds of memories out of me. idk man.
