That great truth called reality does exist but no one else can show it to you, you can only show it to yourself. You must see that all perceived reality being our thoughts and feelings is an illusion created by time and that time is the enemy of man. So every second of every day you are giving into your enemy rather than just being able to perceive what is real. When this statement hits you, that nothing in your conscious life has anything to do with what is actually reality, by grace of having absolutely zero attachments psychologically to anything you see reality for the first time. And the first time is the only time you need to see it.

To do this you must first ask yourself: What is reality? Is it a state of being or perspective? There is no singular idea or theory that would be correct because we have yet to understand and define reality.
