Okay bois I need your help. So I reckon I'm being followed by some kind of specter, from house to house. I get haunted about twice a week, and it's fucked yo. I'm gonna skim over what sleep paralysis is since I bet you spooky fuckers already know what that's about, but when it happens to me I CAN MOVE. I wake up and see shit, pic VERY related, and get hit with such a rush of pure fear I sprint the fuck out of the room. I'll usually hang out in the garden for an hour before I've calmed down enough to get back to bed, and never sleep after.
HELP ME. WHAT IT IS AND HOW IT DO.

Now sleep paralysis usually happens when somebody is going to alot of stress in their life, sooo we have two options here, either you are getting stressed over something IRL or there is actually something or someone following you. You say that this happens twice a week and for some reason you can move, now i must say i never seen this kinda shit before, sleep paralysis only happens once or twice since your brain discovers how to fight it. i would recommend seeing a priest or someone who knows about this shit because it hardly looks like Sleep Paralysis

Thats not sleep paralasys if you wake up. I think youre really actually awake but still sleepy wandering around your moms garden in your spiderman underwear kid. You need to sleep more hours on a regular basis and youll be ok.
